Fantastic experience: Moving to Scotland was a big change for me, but finding Time On Fitness and meeting Dan has helped to make me feel like I belong here. Dan's kindness and support have been invaluable. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported and encouraged on their fitness journey. The atmosphere at Time On Fitness is great, with everyone being genuinely friendly and welcoming. Being a part of Time On Fitness has not only helped me work toward my fitness goals but has also made me feel like a true member of the local community. Fantastic experience: I have joined this gym last year and for me this is not only a boring gym but a social club too. The ambience and surrounding are very sociable we are not only doing workout but also the session is full of laughter and fun. Dan is very hard working experienced and humble person he listens carefully and design the workouts for individual requirements. For me Time on Fitness is the best gym in Livingston surrounding area.
Fantastic experience: The only time I've ever enjoyed going to the gym! My wife originally joined around 4/5 months after giving birth and raved about it. Even with a dodgy knee, she was able to get fitter and feel better so soon after our wee one was born. (But this review isn't about her, she can write her own) Anyway, from the moment I met Dan at my first session , I felt welcomed, and I loved the atmosphere among the whole group. For such a close community of regulars (all ages and abilities !), they are so encouraging and friendly. The sessions are varied and very accessible to all but also challenging so i can feel the progress I'm making. I always enjoy the sessions themselves and they usually fly by when there's music and conversation going on. I always leave with a sense of satisfaction. I'm so glad I joined up, even if I can't attend as often as I like with a Bluey-obsessed 1 year old to look after :) I'm very grateful for Time On Fitness ad it's exactly the kind of exercise I've been looking for - a fun, encouraging, and challenging environment full of people doing their best and supporting each other. It all comes from Dan, who is very in tune with what all attendees need and appreciate!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going along to group PT sessions at Time-On fitness for 6 years. I love it. I don’t know how Dan manages it, but not one routine has ever been the same - always varied, always challenging. A great community spirit ensures a warm welcome for any new members.
Fantastic experience: I've been using this gym for a good while now and if you commit to it, you will definitely see visible results in your fitness, cardio and strength. It is inclusive, welcoming and the other members are friendly and approachable. Dan is one of the best PTs I have ever had the pleasure to meet and he is quite likely the best Malaysian physical trainer in Scotland. *UPDATE* Still here and enjoying it. I very much doubt you'll find this level of training at this price point anywhere else in West Lothian with class sizes often quite small compared to some gyms that cram people in. Look at what you might be paying currently for a gym membership and compare costings.
Fantastic experience: If am honest I was apprehensive...I had a goal in mind but wasn't sure I could reach it....I bit the bullet and contacted TIME ON FITNESS. Immediately I felt understood & what I had in mind was met with enthusiasm from Dan. His openness,honesty,friendliness & attitude to ALL the clients is amazing.... Fantastic experience: Been going to Time On for a year and a half and have loved every session! Dans classes are great and he knows how to push you on while still making it enjoyable. He also caters for all abilities so everyone can take part in the same session. There is a nice community feeling to the gym and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Colin who also takes some session is great too for all the same reasons
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Time on Fitness for around 1 year now, and it's such a motivating and inclusive place to work on your physical and mental health. There is no judgement, and the team are excellent motivators to help you get the best out of your workout. It's the longest I've ever stuck at a block of exercise (when work shifts allow!) and the benefits I've seen in my physical health has spurred me on in my fitness journey. Would 10/10 recommend!
Fantastic experience: I joined time on fitness about 8 months ago and it’s the best decision I have made. I have used gyms before and didn’t enjoy them but time on fitness feels like you are part of a personal experience. Dan changes the routines up week by week and pushes you to go further to achieve your goals. The team are so friendly and we all encourage each other. I have never enjoyed going to a gym so much, would highly recommend joining time on fitness!!
Fantastic experience: If you're reading this you're probably thinking about starting to take regular exercise and going to a gym. Like me, last March, you're maybe feeling a bit apprehensive. I had a chat and 'no obligation' free trial with Dan and haven't regretted it for a second. Everyone at Time On is very welcoming and inclusive and Dan is an excellent leader and motivator. All standards and abilities are catered for and the sessions are always fun.
Fantastic experience: The best place to do exercise! Dan is such a great guy with a lot of knowledge and very helpful. I really enjoy every class. Definitely a highly recommended workout classes if you want to have fun and at the same time keep yourself healthy!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym in May and have got a lot out of every session. For me I struggle to motivate myself so having someone there to give you that push makes sure I get the most out of it. And every session is different so it’s always interesting and different.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. The instructor has made me lose so much weight and made me more confident. The people there are so nice and welcoming. I've lost 5 kg and I've gained a lot of strength. I couldn't clean and press more than 20kg when I started now I can do week over 50kg.
Fantastic experience: Joined time on fitness about six months ago having not been involved in health and fitness for a few years. I had tried to re-join gyms but without success as felt I lacked the motivation. However no issues with motivation at time on fitness as session are fun, varied and challenging. The current members are all amazing and motivate you to want to come back every week - like a little community. Dan is a fantastic trainer and makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. Have noticed changes in my overall fitness - from not being able to do more than five push ups in a row to banging out sets of 10 in the circuits. If you are looking to get fit but maybe don’t enjoy the repetitive nature of the high street gyms come give it a try. You e nothing to lose - except a little bit of weigh.

It's group based sessions, the classes are kept to small groups and no two sessions are ever the same. It has lots of variety and a full body workout is completed every session. A mix of cardio and weights . Dan (the owner) will taylor the workouts for individual needs (injury, personal ability etc). I can't thank him enough for this as I have multiple inuries over the years from racing mountain bikes , within hours of learning of my latest injury , he had made up a workout to do at home , I have also arranged to keep the routine of the gym sessions and he is adapting the sessions to allow me to workout with a few changes. He will encourage each individual to push themselves and progress with weights being lifted. Excellent trainer and cannot recommend highly enough .I only wish I had joined earlier.

I always feel that I've done a great workout after one of their classes. I've been going for two and half years now. Well worth a try.

The PTs are all great, with each bringing their own flavour of workout to a diverse community of members. The atmosphere within the gym is very supportive. Everyone is on their own fitness journey so the sessions are judgement free. I absolutely love this place!!

Fantastic experience: Started PT with Dan a few months ago. He has tailored the session around me and I have already started noticing the difference in my fitness. The gym is well equipped and the members are a very friendly bunch. What I love about this gym is that everyone has their own goals to achieve and they help encourage each other. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Time On to anyone looking for a friendly, community focused gym. Dan is a fantastic coach and makes even the most demanding sessions great fun. Having struggled to keep motivated in traditional gyms (and paying for memberships that I didn't use!) I've found my experience at Time On so refreshing. It's been 10 months since I joined and I'm more motivated than ever and always looking forward to the next session!

Fantastic experience: I joined Time On Fitness last September, starting on a twice a week plan with Dan and the team. Since then, I've upped my attendance to four times a week. The classes are great, really enjoyable, and most of all fun! (Although at times, incredibly sweaty) I don't think I'll go back to a standard gym anytime soon, my fitness and health have improved dramatically and I'm trying things that I never thought I could do before joining TOF. Strongly recommend you try out the trial class, you'll be hooked!
Fantastic experience: At the age of 55 I had just dropped 7 stone (98lbs/44.5kg) and I was down to that last 1.5 (21lbs/9.5kg) that I knew was going to be a lot harder to shift. I also knew I would need a little help with this so after avoiding gyms and personal trainers for years because I was embarrassed, self-conscious, or simply thought I was too old, I decided to take the plunge. I did a little research and found Time on Fitness. I popped along and spoke with Dan the owner. I was impressed with his attentiveness, enthusiasm, and motivation. Now, 3 months later I train 4 times a week. Dan and his team have been fantastic. They tailor sessions to suit everyone’s needs and abilities. They push when necessary and pull back when you need that little breather! They play a huge part on my journey to reclaim my body and fitness and I am truly grateful to them. Joining Time on Fitness was one of my better decisions in life. Just wish I had done it sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dan is fab.! He is just the best tailors the workouts to your ability.. have been with him for a good few years now... all through lockdown 2020-2021 he kept us all going via Zoom.. which lets be honest wasn’t easy but he kept our sprits up.. if you don’t give him a try your missing out... a lot of his members have been with him for a long time.. am still a newbie in terms of how long I have been a member... ♀️ So I would say that’s a good sign to anyone thinking about getting in touch with Dan....

Fantastic experience: Such a diverse gym, had everything I could ever want all in one space. Dan was able to help me with everything as I haven't been to the gym in years. Such a good community as well, have never felt more welcome when starting a gym. 100% won't be leaving any time soon!
Fantastic experience: Dan runs a very friendly and professional gym. The PT sessions are great for all fitness levels it doesn’t matter your size or current fitness level all are welcomed in and challenged as the sessions are adapted to suit you. Just prepare to work hard, have fun and get your sweat on! Not only is the workout great at Time On but the community feel is what makes it so unique. I cannot recommend this gym enough, it definitely beats all the other boring commercial gyms and Dan is the best PT I’ve come across. He’s very supportive, friendly and professional! Not only have I lost weight but my fitness is the best it’s ever been since I’ve joined Time On.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Time on Fitness since it opened and it's the only place I have stuck with. Dan is a fantastic trainer, pushes you to be the best you can. Dan tailors the session to your needs and capability, so everything is achievable. The gym is very friendly and it's great getting to know other gym goers, I always leave feeling great. We do monthly challenges which is fun and brings out our competitive sides! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ed is truly inspirational! I thought I knew all the theory about nutrition and keeping in good health but he taught me a different way of thinking that totally makes sense. I hate the gym as it bores me but Ed puts you through training sessions that are different, definitely not boring and pushing just out my comfort zone so that it does make a difference of course. In just three weeks I lost 6cms off my waist and 3cms off my hips. I feel much healthier too. Thank you Ed. I'll be back!
