Alan is a brilliant martial artist and is able to adapt his teaching style to the requirements of the class (and even individuals) to ensure that everyone, no matter what experience they have, benefit from the class. Alan's holistic approach to teaching means that you not only learn the skills but also the disciplines and behaviours to be a responsible practitioner of martial arts.
