Fantastic experience: Luke is a fantastic Personal Trainer. He is incredibly patient, professional and brings a positive attitude to each 1:1 session. He created a workout schedule that was totally personalized to my goals and worked around my health issues (something I was concerned about going in). I have definitely grown stronger and feel more confident in myself. My mental wellbeing has also improved. If you discuss your goals with Luke and are willing to show some commitment to the personalized plan he creates, you will see positive results in both body and mind.

Fantastic experience: Training with Luke has been amazing, he is very knowledgeable and by far the best training programme I have been on, (and I have tried many) I really enjoy his style of training, his 1-1 sessions are tailored specifically to your body and goals. Fantastic experience: Since training with Luke I have a totally different mindset when it comes to training. Iv never been a lover of the gym and iv never stuck to any training program. Iv really enjoyed training with luke over the past year and I really enjoy his style of training which was tailed to me as an individual. Since training with Luke iv lost a stone and a half which I couldn’t have done without him. I would highly recommend Luke and will definitely be training again with him in the future.

Fantastic experience: Did a 12 week online programme with Luke and I’m always been worried with online that I won’t know what I’m doing properly with the excercises but Luke made sure I did know with sessions to demonstrate/ videos and weekly check ins. I’ve had a few PTs in the past and luke is by far the best. He makes you achieve what you want without the attitude of it being your life’s importance and needing to over Excercise unnecessarily because that can be a daunting thing going to a PT thinking they will judge you but he won’t! He will work with you to understand your body as everyone is different and ‘one size doesn’t fit all!’ I’ve seen major results in 12 weeks in building muscle and I have learnt a lot from luke to continue to grow myself for a while before I do another block with him!

Fantastic experience: Luke has been my online coach for 12 weeks and wow in the short amount of time the results are amazing!! I am extremely happy and proud of my progress working with Luke. I have never been a gym goer, stuck to any kind of plan or program and I was extremely nervous when I first started as this was all new to me, but Luke made me feel super motivated and he had so much faith in me, that kept me going. Fantastic experience: As someone who had been on and off at the gym for years and been getting frustrated, I decided to seek out a PT to get more out of my gym sessions. From Luke and his programme, I’ve learned better technique, nutrition and what it takes to get results. His counselling background has also meant he’s been more than just a trainer and has helped me through personal challenges outside of the gym. I’ll take what I’ve learned to carry on progressing, which is a result in itself given how frustrated I was with training before working with Luke. Fantastic experience: The only person stopping you from the results you want is yourself!..harsh maybe but some of us do need that extra push like me an that person for me was Luke, he has his ways and when training with Luke you won’t only want to let yourself down but also you don’t want to let him down during the course or program he has set for you.. I done a 10week course working on strength and mass gains, every step of the way Luke was there to help me with everything I asked, he’s so easy to speak to he explained why I should and shouldn’t do certain movements and explained the reasons and he made me understand why and how important it is to implement certain lifestyle changes, from not only in the gym training well but out the gym eating well and getting good rest time etc he actually has a mindful of knowledge… I finished my course more than happy with my results I am a more confident and stronger person not only physically but mentally and the knowledge I have gained I will now use forever … I hope this will help anyone wanting that extra push or anyone that has been doubting themselves in anyway. Fantastic experience: Iv spent 4 months working with Luke in the gym and it’s probably one of the best choices Iv ever made. If you’re just starting out at the gym or have been there for a while and you’re struggling for results then absolutely get in touch with Luke. Iv gone from 90kg down to 76kg and my body is the most toned it’s ever been, only downside is half my jeans are now too big for me iv lost that much weight. My approach to food has completely changed too, the nutrition side of the training has had probably the biggest effect on my day to day life. Luke is extremely attentive and will constantly be in touch with you and will always have time to help you in the gym even if you’re not in a scheduled session. The main bit of advice I’d give anyone considering using Lukes services is too fully commit yourself to what he is asking of you and you WILL see results (nothing he asks is unreasonable).
Fantastic experience: Luke was very informative on my plan and explained everything clearly so I was sure what to do. Luke was very professional and easily accessible if I had any questions to do with nutrition or technique. My plan was cut short due to covid restrictions and life events but the results I got within a 2 month period compared to years of training in the gym without any expert guidance was incredible . Fantastic experience: After becoming unhappy with my body after the 2020 lockdown, I decided to retrain with Luke after I had done previously in 2019, as my experience first time with him was outstanding. Needless to say, second time around was no different! Luke really takes the time to get to know you and will always be open and transparent with you on why he suggests certain things, why some things may be working for you and why some things aren't working. His knowledge is second to none - I was always comfortable with what he was telling me to do and I always felt like he got the best out of me in every session. He goes above and beyond by checking up on you in between sessions to make sure you're eating well and sticking to your programme, which in my opinion just shows he cares about his clients and the goals they have. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is both approachable and knowledgeable, then you need look no further than Luke. I cannot recommend him and thank him enough for how he has helped me.
Fantastic experience: Amazing PT, my body has never changed as much in such a short space of time! Luke has masses of knowledge and experience, as well as being a top guy that’s down to earth and so easy to get along and chat with! Gives the best advice! Always professional but has a joke and laugh with you. Encourages you to push yourself to new limits, and reap the rewards from it! On point with nutrition and workout plans (the best I’ve seen yet), flexible with your limitations and creates plans that work for you. Couldn’t recommend a personal trainer more! I’ve gained loads of knowledge, best PT I’ve had so far! Always on time and punctual. Perfect for beginners or seasoned gymmers. Fantastic experience: I am a runner who has been plagued by injuries over the last two years. I’ve seen a couple of different physiotherapists who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis in my foot and tendinitis in the top of my hamstring/bottom of my glute (both very common running injuries). They set programmes of ‘at home’ strength building exercises but my injuries were just not getting better and running was too painful to do. I decided to try and build my leg strength at the gym but I had no idea how to use the equipment and where to start. Fortunately I got chatting to Luke and realised the help of a PT was just what I needed! Luke did a thorough assessment and came up with a great programme of strength work. He tailored the programme to the time I could spare each week and really focused on working to resolve my injuries. A few months on and I am running more comfortably now. The pain has subsided a lot and I feel like I am finally making real progress. I even enjoy weight training now thanks to Luke giving me the confidence to use the equipment properly.
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend training with Luke enough. As someone that has gone through phases of using the gym throughout my life I can honestly say that the difference in training with Luke was incredible. He's extremely knowledgable in not only the physical aspects of health and muscle building but the mental and nutritional as well. Because of Luke's awareness of his own mental well being he has a really targeted but laidback approach that suits anyone looking for someone to learn from and develop without being shouted at on a treadmill ha! I have had hourly sessions with him at least once a week for three years now as I had been suffering with back and knee pain caused by severe osteoarthritis. Fantastic experience: Luke is a really great personal trainer. He is professional, very skilled and knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness, nutrition and health. Luke is organized, a good listener, workouts are well planned, but he is flexible and adapts workouts last minute if a need arises. Luke initially asked what I wanted to achieve from the sessions, any problem areas or injuries. Very quickly after starting the training I felt better physically and mentally, I certainly feel stronger now doing my daily activities, and my constant companion, my lower back pain has decreased. Result! Workouts are enjoyable and interesting, I am learning continually from Luke about exercise and health. He continuously motivates pushes and encourages me to do more and make progress. Luke is friendly, easy to get on with, very patient, will explain and demonstrate an exercise and the correct technique as many times as needed, and all the time making sure that the exercises are done properly. I am certainly benefitting from my training with Luke and being motivated by his commitment to fitness and good nutrition, getting the habit of befriending my body, not mistreating it or somehow feeling separate from it. Even beyond middle age it is not too late to become a fitter version of oneself! All I can say is a sincere huge thank you.
Fantastic experience: Luke is an excellent Personal Trainer & a gem to fitness in Manchester! Before Luke became my PT, I had never had a PT before & felt very intimidated by the gym. I went up by 2 dress sizes & was very cynical about getting a PT but decided to try everything to get fit again. Luke has been extremely professional & gave me priceless information to help me make better choices with the food I eat. He helped me gain confidence in using all of the equipment at the gym. He was really flexible too even though I often had to change my session times due to my work schedule. The training & hard work, all with help from Luke got me to my ideal weight and feeling great. Fantastic experience: My 12 week programme with Luke ended today and I couldn't be happier with my results. I've gained strength (who would have known I could deadlift 80 kg). I have also lost weight and gained muscle definition that has had my family and friends complimenting me more often. Before our sessions I had a poor diet, I was intimated by the look of heavy weights and I bought into the popular myth that the treadmill is the only effective exercise to gain my fat loss and muscle toning goals. Training with Luke has definitely increased my confidence and provided me with the necessary knowledge to continue on this journey of a healthy lifestyle. Fantastic experience: Really happy I started training with Luke in January to improve my strength which has consequently lead to me being in the best shape I've ever been in. Being more focused in the gym also helped me to stay focused and stress free outside the gym which was very helpful in my last year of uni! Fantastic experience: Luke has been a great personal trainer, we discuss my objectives every 3 months and make any adjustment - if I or Luke felt it was necessary based on my routine and healthy needs. He's approach is very profissional, informational and patient - always checking that I'm comfortable with the workout. Fantastic experience: I haven been working out with Luke for 10 months now and couldn't be happier about the results! He is super easy going and will help you with nutrition stuff as well. I managed to lose a stone while building a lot of muscle, so now I am very close to having the body I wanted. Dedication is really the key and Luke is very good on making sure you stay focused on your objectives while having a good time! The sessions are always very good, he is very attentive and pays a lot of attention to help you develop your technique. I have a desk work and going to the gym was never my thing, but working out with him is really motivating! I can't recommend him enough!

Before we began the sessions, we discussed my targets and areas that I would like to improve and I feel he really took the time to listen in order to plan the best workouts that were suitable for me. Luke introduced me to the workouts gradually and effectively, always being clear on instruction and taking the time to show me each exercise when necessary. Luke is extremely patient and has the balance of pushing you in your workout, but at the same time making sure you are comfortable with the pace at all times.
