Now Fitness offers invigorating Zumba classes in the heart of Sale, Cheshire, led by the talented Maxine Cummins. These sessions are designed for participants aged 14 and above, accommodating all fitness levels and abilities, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun!

Maxine, a fully qualified fitness instructor with extensive experience in dance and fitness, is committed to creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere. The classes are perfectly paced, featuring both high and low impact options so you can challenge yourself while also being comfortable. Joining alongside her is Anita Barnett, a qualified Zumba instructor who adds to the supportive environment.

The energy in these sessions is fueled by fantastic music and engaging dance routines, making it easy to transform your workout into a joyful experience. Priced at £7 per session, or £30 for a five-class pass (valid for six months), there’s a great deal for those looking to stay active! Classes are held in the Main Hall at Sale High School every Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a new hobby or a new way to hit your fitness targets, I would highly recommend coming along to Maxine’s classes! I have been attending classes for 4 months and have already been made to feel like part of the family. All are more than welcome to come along to every class or pop in as and when you can! Dance around, have fun, get your cardio in! No previous Zumba experience is required, you can take it at your own pace and if you’re not a dancer, Maxine is more than willing to help you hit the moves! Come along and check out the class!
