Fantastic experience: Started about month ago it's such a great gym to train at for beginners good atmosphere would encourage anyone who wants to learn about boxing/MMA or get into fitness to get down there the trainers are really good with everyone of different abilities and always give you new ways to improve

Fantastic experience: A quality, clean and professional facility. The coaching is very hands on and caters for everyone, even in a class environment. I Can’t rate this place high enough for learning or refining your skills in any of the combat sports.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with dom for nearly 2 years now and cant recommend him enough. After having foot surgery i got back into boxing with him and he has tailored my sessions to strengthen my foot and work up to the level i was at before my surgery. Challenging but fun sessions and i leave feeling accomplished. The gym itself is a fantastic space to work in, well equipped and a comfortable space to train
