Fantastic experience: I signed up to the gym 3 months ago. I was really nervous but the team were amazing - always made me feel so welcome. I didnt know how to use any of the equipment with been new to a gym - i did a 3 month transformation with faye and I now feel so confident in the Gym and know how to use every bit of equipment- I've got so much knowledge from the team & really happy with my results! It's a great vibe in the Gym everyone is so friendly and there's never any problems getting on the machines you need as there's so many! It's a very well equipped gym. I'm so happy I found them! They also have a kids conditioning class & gym classes for us. Showers & changing rooms are great !! Gainz has changed my life in a short 12 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Went in last week, great gym, everything you need is in there including cardio machines different machines for different body parts, benches and a pull up/functional area. The customer service too is class and just what you need , friendly staff answer all questions you have, wouldn’t definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Gainz Gym highly enough! I have always avoided gyms as i struggle with anxiety, but the atmosphere and the staff at Gainz are fantastic! My first day there, Becca was amazing! She really helped me through my anxiety, showing me around all the equipment, and took the time to help me get going as I was struggling to know where to get started. I go almost every day now, and I love it! ❤️ By far the best gym around, I won't ever be going to another one!

Fantastic experience: The equiptment is fantastic, moved to gainz from a powerlifting gym and was not dissapointed in the equitment! The staff are friendly and make an effort to say hi. The classes here are fun and egaging. You wont find another gym like it!

Really good range of top quality kit and the members cap means you're never waiting around to use equipment. Everything is spotlessly clean and the gym has a really nice vibe with the music and lighting. The staff are friendly, really knowledgeable and always happy to help. The other members are all friendly and it's definitely a judgement free zone. I've just completed 3 weeks of PT sessions which have given me so much confidence. I feel like this is a place where I will thrive

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the area! Everything is top notch in this place. Staff are super friendly and all willing to help at all times. Variety of equipment is top notch, with new kit popping up seemingly every month including strongman equipment. The gym is super tidy, not a barbell or dumbbell out of place. The people running the gym care a lot and it shows. 5/5, one of the best Gyms in Leeds hands down.

I have been having 1-1 PT sessions with Amy since September last year and she has made me grow so much in my self confidence and always makes me feel the best version of myself! Amy makes sure she tailors your fitness plans to suit you and what you feel comfortable with but also encourages you to push yourself & achieve your desired goals making sure you have worked hard in all your sessions. Amy always promotes balanced & healthy lifestyle and makes sure you still enjoy life outside of the gym! Me and Amy have been fortunate enough to build a friendship out of my PT sessions & my overall experience here has been amazing. The staff here are fabulous and it is such a welcoming and safe environment for people of all ages.

Fantastic experience: Top gym, great staff. - As it’s understandable, most people will feel slightly un-easy walking into a new gym especially one that they’re not familiar with - I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped through the door at Gainz. I’ve been a member here now since November 2023 and I’ve got to know a lot of great people, both those who work here and also people who train here. Great environment to train in with endless guidance when you need it.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment and amazing staff. Not crowded so you can comfortably complete a workout. The showering facilities are very limited (1 shower for the gents) but not worth docking a star. Looking at getting a membership later this month

Fantastic experience: Where to start. I contacted Gregg at Gainz with an idea of what I wanted to achieve. After a chat where he got to understand what I was looking for he explained what he and Gainz could do to help me achieve that. As a heavier guy I’ve struggled with my weight and fitness for a long time. Thanks to Gregg for working with me, guiding me I’m on the path to a healthier happier stronger and lighter me! In a short time I’ve gone from being anxious about the gym to walking in whether for a 1-1 session or to train on my own with my head high and feeling comfortable in the space. Whatever stage you are at or wanting to achieve I can’t recommend Gainz highly enough. GET IT DONE!
