Welcome to JGF Fitness. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build up more muscle or improve your sporting performance, I can put together a customised training programme for you so we can reach your goals together.

JGF Fitness is run by Jonathan Fairhurst, a Wirral based personal trainer offering both tailored one to one personal training and regular group training sessions each with their own specific focus. Working from the fitness studios of Creation PT & Therapies in Heswall.

With existing personal training clients ranging from 14 to 85 years and with goals as diverse as preparing for life in the military, specific sporting goals, general fitness, weight loss and toning, looking good on wedding day right through to rehabilitation following injury and loss of mobility. The range of fitness goals is huge and successful programmes have been created and delivered for each of them.

JGF Fitness works closely with other specialist partners to offer a complete health, fitness and wellbeing offering so whatever your particular goals or needs, JGF Fitness can help.
