My name is Mags McQueen and I have been a fitness instructor around Ayr and Prestwick for 25 years. I am qualified with training certificates in Exercise to music from Fitness Scotland, and I am also a qualified Zumba® Toning Instructor.
My classes are dynamic and aim to improve aerobic and muscular fitness. Classes are for all ages and are designed to be healthy and safe, as well as fun.
