CrossFit^® Cookstown

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend crossfit to anyone no matter what your fitness or strength experience. Great environment to learn new skills and reach your own personal goals. The gyms got a great community of supportive members of all different skill levels. All exercises can be scaled to your ability so your not expected to do anything beyond your abilities. Iv got way stronger and fitter in the few months iv been a member. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Lee Dwayne Liam and team are very friendly coaches who want the best for their members. Always willing to take time out to correct beginners. It is a good laugh and decent value for money. CrossFit can be a bit “clicky” though with those who compete tend to stick to their own versus people who just want to come to keep fit and healthy.
