Fantastic experience: I've worked with Nicole for eight months now on strength and conditioning, delivered remotely via her app. Nicole is super knowledgeable about strength, good movement and athletic performance. I have found her sessions to be engaging, motivating and have both made me faster and kept injuries at bay. I have trained hard for years with patchy adherence to core work but find it much easier with the accountability and knowledge that comes from working with Nicole. During lockdown I also loved the Zoom core sessions - terrific sweaty fun. Five (hundred) stars for Sports Solutions :)
