Fantastic experience: An awesome gym for boxing, Harmi is a great teacher, patient and knowledgeable. It's a small space but he's managed to squeeze in a LOT of equipment, it's just a great place to train!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great facilities. I started the Muay Thai classes in the beginning of the year and have been going ever since. A great mix of techniques, conditioning, fitness and application all in one class! I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic friendly gym run by an amazing guy! Great equipment, challenging classes (yes the 6.30am ones!), and top personal trainers. If you have any interest in boxing and combat sport get down here and talk to the guys - doesn’t matter if you 15 or 50 - or older, this is a place where you can really focus on your fitness and technique in a perfect environment. Would be in here everyday if I could!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly small gym, quite central location but with reasonably easy parking. Nautilus machines, free weights. Excellent for boxing/Thai with friendly and well qualified instructors who know what they're talking about. Several bags (few heavy bags, peanut bag, uppercut bag, floor-ceiling ball) Very reasonable prices so excellent value overall.

Fantastic experience: What at place, I usually have to go to bigger cities for this sort of facilities. One 2 One sessions with Harmi really upped my game. He has plugged all the holes in my defence and added some killer offence to my arsenal. Highly recommended
