Fantastic experience: Been a member here since 2022. Jason Mills is by PT. Always enjoy coming here weekly to keep fit and push myself. Would highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule/ kids / who cannot get down the gym, but needs something local and an accountability partner!

Fantastic experience: Creations pt has changed my life. I have been training with Matt Lancaster for the last 12 months. I joined when I was at my heaviest weight and my confidence was at an all time low. I was unhappy and knew I needed to do something to improve my health and my mindset. It was the best decision I have ever made and if I could bottle up the feeling I feel after a session and sell it I would be a millionaire. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Matt at Creation for 18 months now. Creation offers an outstanding place to train with all the equipment you would need for meet your training style. Creation offers expert and knowledgeable coaches like Matt, who tailor plans to align to your goals alongside nutritional support to help you get there. The strength, ability and knowledge I’ve build up over the last 18 months is fantastic, and a true testament to Matt as a trainer. I couldn’t recommend Matt and Creation highly enough. I just wish I’d found them sooner!

Fantastic experience: Matt has been my PT for a number of months now and has been a pleasure to work with. He has a calm and non-military style which makes you want to work harder and look forward to the sessions rather than dread them! He has also showed a very caring side by not pushing me to return to training too early following a chest infection which has further increased my trust in him and his ability to deliver what I need. I have seen weight loss and core strength improvement and would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: In short - An superb Center of PT excellence. I’ve trained at Creation on and off since it’s establishment in Heswall; the PT team are specialists in many different areas so dependent on your area of focus Creation have a PT who can develop a structured and tailored programme whilst offering continued support and guidance. I’m 56 and currently training with Matt and it’s fair to say that he’s transformed my training approach. After a thorough initial consultation Matt has helped me focus on training to strengthen my weak knees and ankles. Through his extensive knowledge He makes it interesting, challenging but surprisingly enjoyable - I’d highly recommend signing up with him. That’s not to say that the other PTs are any less knowledgeable but after discussion Matt was considered the best PT in the team to help me achieve my goals. Definitely the best independent gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: I have used Creation PT for a little over 2 years now. Firstly the studio is top notch, great location with free parking right outside. The studio has every piece of equipment you will ever need and is always clean and tidy. Each PT has their own separate area so you are always training alone with your PT. Matt my P.T is fantastic and has created a bespoke workout plan including nutrition guides based on my goals and current fitness. This changes on a regular basis to give a great variation in workouts. Matt is able to adapt these plans based on an individual's health concerns as he has done so with myself. The rates are very reasonable and worth every minute. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Matt Lancaster here for a few years and absolutely love it. The gym itself is well equipped with plenty of variety and friendly staff. The layout is split in to sections so everyone has their own area and equipment to use. Particularly handy for people a little nervous to train in front of others. I’d highly recommend Matt who is very knowledgable and passionate. His sessions are always varied and catered to your needs. He constantly changes the sessions to avoid plateauing and keeps training fun. He doesn’t just focus on the training session itself but provides additional support and encouragement for a better approach to nutrition and overall lifestyle with small, manageable changes.

Fantastic experience: I am a carer working with a young adult with autism and I have been bringing her to work with Matt for just over a year now. This I itself is a huge testament to Matt's abilities as its the longest she has committed to any activity. Matt has been brilliant at working out the best ways to motivate her and also developed ways to explain how to do the exercises when she is struggling to follow his inductions. He pitches the sessions at the right level for both her physical and mental abilities. Since working with Matt I have seen a huge improvement in her fitness level, technique, commitment and confidence. I also join in with the sessions and find that Matt works equally as well will me, he knows just how to get you to push yourself that little bit harder without you even realising he's doing it. The sessions are fun and you see really great results.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Creation for a few years. I have been through some difficult times and spending an hour with Jon and my gym friends has given me the boost I needed. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I am not the slimmest, fittest, strongest or youngest but none of that matters. Jon, our coach, makes us feel valued, he encourages us with great motivation. Creation offer more that just a gym, there are all kinds of adventures available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful gym. It's a community.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Creation PT enough. I have been struggling for years with weight and fitness. After a few PT sessions with Jon I was hooked and amazed how much I have developed my strengths and fitness levels in such a short period of time. I am now much stronger, and whilst my journey is primarily focused on body recomposition goals I have also lost nearly 2 stone. Such a friendly and welcoming gym too, not overwhelming in the slightest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I started personal training sessions with Jon to build strength for a number of events I have next year. I have only had six sessions so far but have already started to notice a difference. I feel stronger when running, my knees don't hurt walking up and down mountains and I'm actually beginning to get a waist - not seen that for quite a few years!! The sessions are tough, I literally crawl out of the door and curse Jon non stop the day after when I ache but, in a very warped way, I love it!! I feel very confident that I am going to be strong enough to, not just survive my events, but to do well in them! My only complaint is that it's going to cost me a fortune in clothes as I have just about dropped a dress size ....... in six weeks! Thank you Jon!
