Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years and Coach House by far stands out from the rest, the staff are friendly and approachable but to suit what you are looking for rather than feeling pressured which I have found in other gyms. I always feel out of my comfort zone going to the gym but here I feel my most comfortable. The facilities are great, always clean, and a big variety, A lot of thought goes into the layout and thinking of the clients needs.. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Myself and my son joined this gym about five months ago and I can't rate it highly enough. They provide you with as many different in-app programmes as you like and change them every six weeks, included in the std membership. This helps keep up the interest. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much. They are always generous with their knowledge and are keen to give you any advice or guidance you need. It really is as much or as little as you want with this gym. The owner, Rad, is passionate about his business and his good nature is reflected in the gym and everyone who works there. It isn't excessively busy and you can get through your programme without standing about, waiting for equipment. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This gym has to be one of the best in the country and I have been a member of many gyms across the country over the years - a total hidden gem. The atmosphere is incredible. My partner and I went for a 1 day free trial and signed up instantly because of the enthusiasm, personal attention and guidance Rad gave. All of the staff are supportive and friendly and this really makes the whole workout experience much more enjoyable. Everything is well maintained, a variety of classes available free of charge for members and everything everywhere is impeccably clean. On a final note - I have never been to a gym where it smells incredible everywhere from the moment you walk inside. Both my partner and I are very happy to be members of this gym.

Fantastic experience: Coach House Fitness is a fantastic gym to be a member of. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable instructors are always there to guide and motivate . Free fitness plans are curated for each member on a regular basis which takes away the embarrassing ‘I don’t know what i’m doing’ feeling. There are numerous, excellent classes are also offered during the week. Highly recommend the PT offerings. These sessions really push you to your maximum and gives you a greater understanding of the mechanics of it all. All in all, great value for money. You will not regret it.

Positive experience: I've only been here 3 times to train so far. But it's really good. Upstairs it's got all your cardio machines and floor exercises, and downstairs it's your old school strength club. I really dig it.

Positive experience: The gym is good for everything you need to get fit. Please, please put a sign up. Members... If you are coughing, stay home, wear a mask, think of others?? No one puts their hands over their mouths. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: Member of the gym and started boot camp this week. The team are amazing and listening to your needs and helping you adjust your training plan accordingly. The facilities at the gym are fab and keep on making improvements which is great.

Fantastic experience: Great place amazing staff! Just had my first experience and went to the circuit class. As a person who’s nervous in the gym I couldn’t have had a more warm welcome from Alex! And unlike a lot of gyms the atmosphere isn’t tense at all, it’s very comfortable environment. very excited to continue classes and make use of the great facilities and interact with more of the staff. This gym has my custom for a very long time!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Coach House Fitness for over two years and this is the friendliest, and most caring gym I have ever belonged to. Since Rad took over, the membership has continued to increase, and the gym has gone from strength to strength with noticeable improvements appearing virtually every day. It is well-equipped with Technogym equipment, there are always staff on-hand to help, you get free exercise programmes and free reviews. You simply download the app onto your phone and away you go. The gym is located right in the centre of Oswestry and free parking is available on site for members. Very competitive membership prices too. What's not to like - come and join us and get healthy

Fantastic experience: I started about 6 weeks ago with my sister and everyone there (staff and members) have been nothing but welcoming and helpful. The free training program on top of your membership eliminates the embarrassment of not knowing what to do when you start out and are catered to what you want your outcomes to be. It’s clean, it’s a feel good environment and a great gym!

Fantastic experience: Started about a month ago. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym and changing rooms are clean and well presented. Good range of kit. The atmosphere is not intimidating which is important when starting out again with a wide variety of members. Quiet at lunchtimes when I train.
