The Venue

Negative experience: Google map said its a bowling venue but when i got there it turns out yo be kids football area and not bowling. I don't live locally, I was there for a day and was relying on Google so I can take kids out to activities but it turns out the venue doesn't have bowling there so I then had yo find another place.

Fantastic experience: Attending here for the Wales National football finals. Plenty of parking, peace was immaculate and well looked after. Great venue to watch football

Negative experience: With building work on the main standing the ground was restricted to the stand behind the goal. View wasn't great to be honest but the new stand will improve the spectator view

Negative experience: Went to watch a pre season friendly....least welcoming ground you will visit. No drinks...not even a machine... couldn't get near the pitch but nowhere to sit either.

Negative experience: Visited yesterday for soft play and lunch. Staff great but the toilets were so disgusting none of us wanted to risk ordering food, so just left. Totally off-putting especially when accompanied by young children.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff great venue shame they ran out of non alcoholic drinks quickly

Negative experience: Ordered food for delivery from here but was completely inedible, tried to complain through their delivery service but couldn't get anywhere

Fantastic experience: Friendly football ground. Stewards very patient with visiting fans that were sometimes not well behaved. Hospitality excellent great value for money

Fantastic experience: A good place for children to meet, play and make new friends. The football coaches there are really good with children.

Negative experience: I parked up in the car park today and was going to visit somebody. The place was deserted in the Venue Car Park and I only wanted to be there for a bit. This very rude man called Christopher and his wife were horrible and said you cannot park there. It has upset me and there was no reason to be like that the place was empty. I don't know who has employed him he not very friendly he also said the Police would come out to me if I stayed there. What a lovely man

Positive experience: Not allowed to use the seating due to covid restrictions, this made all parents congregate on the opposite side to watch the match, if both sides open there would have been more social distancing. Otherwise not a bad place

Negative experience: My family usually really enjoy bowling at the venue, unfortunately on Saturday we left abit upset. After looking on here for ur opening times my family and i decided to come for 3 games at 7.30 on Saturday. I was served by a lad on the bar who at no point informed me that u closed soon or anything! I asked about food it surprised me u dont serve food on a Saturday evening. There were 3-4 other families on the lanes when we started playing who finished and disappeared one by one. By 8pm most of the lights had been turned off, chairs had been stacked on tables and a lady was wiping the seats around us. By 8.20 we noticed the staff were staring/checking how may goes were left, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable, so we started to rush!! At 8.45 we finished we didnt finish our drinks and headed for the door. The staff seemed to be waiting for us to leave at the desk and the main door had been locked. We were asked to leave through a different door. I looked all round the main door for amended opening times which I couldn't find. If u do close at 8pm I think u need to correct ur opening times on here and on ur website, also I think ur staff should inform people walking in at 7.30 that u wouldnt have time to enjoy 3 games by the time u close. Or if u do close at 10pm u need to inform ur staff!

Negative experience: Club owes my company over £3000 for work we completed months 4 months ago and dodge phone calls and make false promises for payment, not worth supporting a local place that treats other businesses this way.

Fantastic experience: Reasonably sized soft play, probably not suitable for children above the age of 8. During the week it's £2 entry which is a fab price however it doubles at the weekend and during the holidays, for the competition in the area and price of food in comparison with the other place, I do find it all overpriced. It is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy going to the Venue for bowling with my family. The cost is just right and it's normally quick to get a game - I've never known it to be too busy. There's also a soft play for younger children which again is decent and we'll priced. Staff have always been friendly and nice.

Positive experience: Kids booked laser quest shooting thing. There were some technical issues which spoiled it for them - guns not working properly. To be fair, the guy did his best to sort it out, and when he couldn't, offered us a repeat booking, which went splendidly, and the ten kids really enjoyed. Sorted them into two teams, gave them objectives and while it sounded really complicated to me, the kids easily figured it out and really seemed to work as teams. And really enjoyed it.

Positive experience: Good, local place for a cup of tea, a meal and even a game of tenpin bowling. There's a lot more happens here as it's a real local hub for sports activities and clubs. Down 1 star because the service can be a bit hit & miss with the younger staff.

Negative experience: Absolute rubbish, Staff are really good at avoiding people stood at the bar in the bowling area. (Even the manager) Not a place that i would rush back too

Negative experience: Kitchen can't cope with orders. I specifically checked what time last orders were, yet they still stopped taking them 45 mins before, with no announcement. My friend, who is diabetic, wasn't able to order because they had too many orders! Ridiculous. I was informed that there was a 45 mins wait for my son's chicken nuggets and chips, that was fine...an hour later, still not arrived. However the lady who ordered just in front of me, with a large order, had had her family's food and it had been eaten, but still no sign of ours. I understand they were busy and different items take different lengths of time to cook, but really??

Fantastic experience: Anyone with accessibility needs are best contacting the club ahead of your visit. Car park gets busy and spaces are at a premium.

Fantastic experience: What can I say first off our booking wasn't on the sistom but rectified with a free game. Had to wait over a hour but got a free round of drinks.. Great place and the staff did go out there way to make things better. We'll done to the hole team there. Will be going back

Positive experience: This is a real good around place to visit with the family and friends. The parking is free and you have lots of different things to do. The football pitch is an excellent all weather surface with excellent speculation areas. The ground is setup for any size match and even has facilities for TV coverage. The clubhouse has a cafe serving hot food and snack, along side a soft on play area. Also you they have a fully licenced bar for anyone over 18. Onsite is also several 10 pin bolling alleys and games area. Under the main stand you also have a super jim area with every machine you can think of. Last time I visited I found the laser quest area. This was a fantastic area with lots of different games to play. The guys are really good fun and I would recommend this to entertain all the family at a very cheap price.

Positive experience: Lovely set-up.. that is home to TNSFC (The New Saints Football Club) that's part of the Welsh football league. Along with the football facilities they also have a entertainment facility, ball pit for children up to a certain age / height.. you can also buy food and drink here too.

Negative experience: The only bar I've been in that had no beer!

Positive experience: Great layout .Good facilities .Needs more seats In the bar area that are not reserved for groups .And the bar needs to get card payment system like the cafe .It was very clean everywhere.
