Fantastic experience: Friendly family run gym, instructors are lovely and so are the people who go. Professional, committed sessions in the Beyond programme really tailored to people’s needs. You can be a complete beginner to exercise here and you would be made to feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, Karen & Robyn are so supportive, they make everyone feel welcome. All the instructors are amazing, never feel awkward in the gym, it's like a 2nd home. I've been going for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. From PT sessions to classes or even just a gym session, always someone around for support. Love it.

Negative experience: A terrible gym for many reasons-the most serious being they do not know how to cancel the subscription and they will continue taking payments.
Hi Holly, as we have attempted to tell you both on the phone and via email (which I sent you screenshots to show) your payment was cancelled. Unfortunately due to an error out of our control the payment has been attempted. As I have told you previously the payment is ‘pending’ if it does go through we will of course refund you. Again we have apologised for the inconvenience and error beyond our control. We are trying to help you and have told you if we do receive the payment it will be refunded immediately, we do not appreciate the verbal abuse and foul language towards our staff who are trying their best to help resolve this.

Fantastic experience: Family run gym. Lots of equipment and very aware on social distancing. Also, they provide a varied amount of classes, online at moment or outside. Personal training available from knowledgeable trainers. Warm welcome, inclusive and members are friendly and so helpful too. Highly recommend
