CrossFit^® Trym

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend crossFit Henleaze and Trym enough. The team and coaches are brilliant and will make sure everyone feels welcome and at home. They go out their way to make beginners feel supported and their coaching style means that CrossFit feels accessible to everyone and that you feel encouraged to be the best-you!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Trym 7am classes keep me accountable for my health and fitness. The coaches are supportive and professional but most importantly, friendly and always welcoming. The gym classes are all adaptable to individual fitness levels without feeling compromised or watered down. The community of members is lovely, I have made true friends here between CrossFit Henleaze and Trym over the past year of membership and love the variety in the choice over the two locations. The additional services such as Nutrition support and personal training as well as their network of trusted local businesses is refreshing and adds to the community-family feel.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an amazing experience at CrossFit Trym! The atmosphere is incredibly supportive and friendly, making every workout fun and engaging. The coaching team that have supported me (Adam, Lewis, Rachel, and Sarya) are outstanding and have provided expert guidance which has helped me to achieve my personal goals. Their enthusiasm is truly motivating and allows you to push your limits and take accountability of your training. I can't recommend this CrossFit gym, its staff and the fantastic members enough!

Fantastic experience: Been doing CrossFit for about 5 months now and I love it. Every class is different so can be a variety of weights/gymnastics/ cardio. It is suitable for every level. Everyone is friendly and it's nice that you get to socialise.

Fantastic experience: I personally like the area, the structure of the gym, the new equipment but especially the professional approach and care. No matter the level of fitness, there would be a scaled option always available, but also the best motivation for more experienced members. Also it is very good to feel part of a community!
