Sue Palmer (Yoga 1066) studied for the BWYQ level 4 qualification to teach yoga & has been teaching since 2014. Sue teaches classes in Hastings and St Leonard’s, teaches 1-1 classes & small classes suitable for all, including Chair Yoga & Yoga for beginners. Sue is experienced in working with people with disabilities. Sue holds a level 2 Reiki practitioner certificate and is able to offer Reiki treatments. What is yoga? Yoga helps co-ordinate breath, mind and body & encourage balance, internally and externally & promote feelings of relaxation and ease. What is Reiki? A technique based on the principle that a therapist can channel energy to a client by touch, hands off or distantly, activating natural healing & promote well-being.
