Fantastic experience: I have never been healthier in my life or had more fun than I do at Constant Pursuit. The coaches and the atmosphere are what really make this box stand out compared to some other boxes I've visited. No matter how old you are or what your level of ability is, the coaches will make sure you get a really good work-out (while staying safe). Thanks Adam/Rob and everyone at CP!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic box! The CP coaches go above and beyond to support, inspire & encourage every member, whatever level they're at & whatever their goals - nobody is ever left behind. The programming is first-rate, all the members are super-friendly, and there are TONS of classes all day, every day, from WODs to open gym to barbell club, mobility classes & everything in between. 100% RECOMMENDED! :-)

Fantastic experience: I honestly feel so lucky that Constant Pursuit is my box. I moved back home two years ago and went looking for a gym to join - as soon as I walked in and met Ads and Cath I knew I’d found my place. The spirit and community here is just next level - it’s relaxed, happy and overall supportive. Ads and Rob are some of the best coaches I’ve come across - the programming is specific (not just beasting you) and they take time in every class to ensure people are able to improve form and technique. Highly HIGHLY recommend

Fantastic experience: Just have an amazing 6 days of drops in’s as I was on holiday. What an amazing box, made us feel so welcome. Some really good programming by Adam, Rob and Cath. Been to a lot of boxes over last 7 years, and these guys are in the top 3. If you live near Hasting and want to get into Crossfit, join up. If your a hardcore competitor, there are some really good athletes training there.
