Eirobics fitness

Negative experience: As a 78 old man who wanted to improve his fitness level and upper body muscles I contacted Eirobics on recommendation of a local Massage Therapist. I left a voice mail on the company mobile to express this and received a text to say that there was a sesion available in a few day days time and the cost of each session. I replied to the text asking if I could come to see the person to discuss what I should expect. As this was to be a new experience for me, I felt slightly apprehensive and believed it was important to meet the person to discuss what was expected of me and to determine if we could work with each other. I feel so disappointed that I did not receive a reply. Very poor customer service.
