HABIT Fitness is a strength and conditioning program, designed for people with a busy lifestyle. You can burn up to 475 calories in just 30 minutes. Suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities. Our classes are half hour workouts consisting of different exercise stations that last 45 seconds each so you never get bored. Core strength exercises that will guarantee weight, body fat loss and toning. At HABIT Bangor we provide excellent support and guidance with fortnightly weigh ins nutrition tips and recipes. Fantastic experience: I went to a taster session at HABIT two weeks ago, it was free, and absolutely loved it!! It’s fast and fun and I feel amazing when I leave and can’t wait to go back! Sarah is very welcoming and is a great instructor and motivator and the others in the class are so helpful and friendly. I signed up for a monthly subscription which enables me to go to as many sessions as I like! The diet and nutrition advice is also very helpful!!

Fantastic experience: I joined HABIT bangor in January, I was so nervous and anxious about starting a new place, but I instantly felt comfortable and a part of the team! Staff are so friendly, and so are the other team members! I'm so happy with my results and weight loss journey! Currently 9lb down and feeling so much more healthier, stronger and confident. I love how the routine is changed and its not repetitive, so it doesn't get boring!! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been doing Habit for two weeks and I’m having the best time! I do three sessions a week and I’m amazed that I look forward for each session. For someone who finds it difficult to find time to work out, I make sure I make time for Habit! Sarah is incredible, keeps you motivated and is always in communication. I laugh when I think back at how I dreaded starting! Just do it

Fantastic experience: Joining Habit has been the best lifestyle change I have done in a very long time. I was very apprehensive joining as i didn’t know anyone else and was conscious of how unfit i was. But Sarah and the crew have been so welcoming and motivational. I try and go 3 times a week. It’s fast and intense but fun also. A great way to keep fit. It has improved my physical fitness but it also helps with your mental wellbeing too. Diolch Sarah

Fantastic experience: So glad to have completed the 5 week challenge at HABIT in Bangor. Going to regular classes and with Sarah’s nutrition guideance and support I’ve lost 7” already! I’ve signed up for another month of classes; they are super convenient and easy to fit into my busy family life & work. The routine regularily changes and constantly challenges my fitness. There are some days when it’s hard to drag myself to class - but I’m always really glad when I have and always leave with a smile on my face! Diolch Sarah !

Fantastic experience: Sesiynau amrywiol bob wythnos yn canolbwyntio ar wahanol rannau o’r corff a hybu ffitrwydd. Lot o gyngor da, hwyl a chyfle i neud ffrindiau newydd. Peth gorau dwi di cychwyn neud erioed! Various sessions every week focussing on different parts of body and promoting overall fitness. Plenty of advice, fun and an opportunity to make friends. The best thing I have ever started doing!

Fantastic experience: Habit is amazing not only do I get massive support on food and fitness but all the girls are lovely Sarah and Rob are the nicest people and so easy to talk to nothing is too much trouble for them. Fantastic experience: I joined Habit 7 months ago in the aim to get trim for my upcoming wedding. However, I love it so much, I now feel as though it something that's going to be a long term routine for myself. I love the fact that there are plenty of classes to choose from that are suitable to fit around my shifts and family life. My fitness levels have improved so much. I have so much more energy and actually have improved sleep since joining Habit. Having a new routine every 2 weeks is something I really enjoy (it stops me becoming bored). I love the fact that there's more than just the routine workout. They range from Core/Abs, Legs and bottom workouts and also Hit Fit. Sarah has helped me inprove my nutritional intake. I have always eaten relatively healthy; however I have since discovered that I was probably not eating enough. With guidance, Sarah helped me understand the importance of the balance between my Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats intake. As soon as I understood this, the results spoke for themselves. Fantastic experience: Habit with Sarah is a game changer! I have never been so slim and healthy after years of trying to find ways to ‘slim down’. In 30 mins of such a friendly and boosting session I always leave feeling like I’ve done something good for myself fitness wise and have never felt so happy with my shape. I used to worry about pounds but since losing 10 inches by just coming regularly it’s the best habit I’ve ever gotten into!

Fantastic experience: I have been a Habit member on and off for years and for various reasons stop going then re start. I always feel welcome and feel at ease in Sarah’s experienced hands. I enjoy the camaraderie, friendliness and support of the other members. It is hard going but No pain no gain and for me the advice of calorie counting along side of the exercise is showing a difference in my weight and fat loss. I am so glad l returned and am now here to stay.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my weekly visits at Habit Bangor and have now upped my game and attend most sessions. Sarah and Robin make a good team and motivate and keep you updated on progress your making. If you don’t leave the session with achy muscles / legs/ arms/ etc you weren’t working hard enough!

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy going to class Everyone is so friendly and always feel comfortable and encouraged. I can always find time to attend as the class is only 30 minutes but so effective and a good time table with variety of times 5days a week

Fantastic experience: offers a good variety of classes and plenty of time slots to choose from! carried on through lock down via zoom which was great to keep me busy. The support is amazing and even get meal plans.

Fantastic experience: Habit Bangor is my absolute favourite place to train. The atmosphere is great and the routines change fortnightly so you never get fed up. The option to train online is there if you can't make it to class which is an added bonus. Always feel so much better after a Habit Workout.

Fantastic experience: So impressed how an all body work out can help with weight loss & I’m only doing 30 mins 3 times a week! My whole body shape has improved! Having sessions via zoom has also been brilliant as I wouldn’t have been able to get to classes due to childcare otherwise! 10 weeks in, 1 stone 2.26 lbs off so far!! Love it
