Fantastic experience: Kids loved the bounce and fortnight party. the food in the cafe was a hit with the adults too

Positive experience: Little bit run down but still very fun , definitely wouldn’t pay the full price online but the offer of Groupon was well worth it , big downside is no lockers were working at all out of loads every one was broken so didn’t feel to safe leaving our belongings in them , staff was nice enough to offer to put them behind the staff desk . Will return if offer comes back :)

Fantastic experience: Food was great and for the price good portions and fresh , all the staff are so helpful especially Joel who sorted out my booking error without fuss .

Positive experience: Looked nice and was generally clean and the kids had a great time, food was nice and coffee has one hell of a kick to it (its great). Only complaint was one of the tables were left covered in plates and food for about two hours before staff cleared it so had to put up with the smell of onion for majority of the visit.

Fantastic experience: Great fun for the kids, even out 2 year old loved it, parents are in for a good workout compared to your average softplay if your with Little ones. All 3 of ours came out knackered

Positive experience: Great space, lots to do, supervised well by staff. Cafe had good coffee, good selection of food and snacks and staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find and big free car park.

Fantastic experience: Attended the SEND session recently and was very pleasantly surprised. Outside is a good size car park so you won't have any issues parking. Inside we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff which continued throughout our stay. Once ready we got busy enjoying the massive bounce area filled with obstacle courses, slides, climbing walls and much more. They even have a couple of trampolines you can jump off into a massive air bag. We all had a brilliant time and after an hour of bouncing we were all ready to enjoy a drink from the cafe on the viewing platform which acts as a great vantage point to watch over your children. If you are in the area give this place a go. If you are looking for a SEND session definitely give it a go as it was brilliant and it is on very regularly even during the holidays.

Fantastic experience: Great party for my son today . Libby was particularly great looking after his party and had such a nice attitude . We chose bounce house as have been quite a few times and always find staff really helpful and more obliging than in lots of other soft play places . Was super super busy today but staff were still accommodating . Kids had a great time . Thanks all .

Negative experience: Avoid, toilets disgusting: food very poor value for money and extremely long wait. Will definitely go to alternative this is very poorly run

Positive experience: Brilliant little play area and deals are great what they offer. Only down side is people cooking and serving food don’t have hair covers or beard covers when serving food.

Positive experience: Always love taking my nieces out but usually feel it's the same old soft play- this was so different and fun for them and I even got to enjoy and mess around rather than just sit and watch. Loved it!! Food is a little on the pricey side but yum xx

Fantastic experience: Well here we are again Lol We have been here so many times with our Grandson/Son (ASD& ADHD) & cannot thank the staff enough for their patience & understanding with him. He is often very challenging with his behaviour. The staff are always amazing with him, patient & kind & always friendly. The staff work so hard here to keep the place clean & welcoming, the food is great & I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Took my two daughters there for the hour specially set aside for neurodivergent children. It was kept quiet for them and the staff were excellent. We ordered some food from the cafe and it was all freshly cooked. Very pleased, my girls loved it and will go again.

Positive experience: Great venue but opened late as was waiting outside. Bouncy castle could do with a clean in the evening or before opening, lots of debris. Dirty socks, fluff and leftover wrist bands. Also non of the arcade games were on. A great venue and wouldn’t be discouraged from using it again as reasonably priced and my daughter enjoyed her session.

Fantastic experience: Our 6 year old grandson loved it. Good reasonable price food as well, with great choice. Very pleasant staff.

Negative experience: Wow honestly the management in here. Am a career and look after kids with autism and adhd. They like routine and part of his routine is having a toastie at the end of play. We have been coming to this venue for months now as he loves it. Only to get told we have to leave if he carries on eating the food he feels comfortable eating. I understand that now I seen the little signs in the end saying “can’t bring your own food” But not one staff member has come and informed us of this previously. Me and my work colleague got spoken to in a patronising manner ( by management ) I would like to think places like this accommodate kids and help careers with the support they need. A solution I would like to suggest is a sensory room where they can also eat the food they have. Us career don’t mind paying for a meal if it means our child we care for can eat the only food they feel comfortable eating.

Positive experience: Great place for kids. There is a bar on the first floor with the possibility of eating on site. I recommend it!

Positive experience: Came on a whim when looking for bounce places in town. This is just slightly out of town so not to bad to get to. Little gem of a place, my 9yr old daughter loved it and I personally felt it was great value for money. The cafe area was clean and I seen staff regularly clearing up. Choice of food was good (nice to see Asian street food as an offering) and staff were friendly when approached. We will be returning for sure

Fantastic experience: Had a great party here with my child and her class. Wonderful staff who took care of everything, Grace the host was lovely and was great with the kids. The party games at the end was a nice touch. Also very thorough with checks when one child got a bit hurt. All in all the party was a success.

Fantastic experience: My boys always loved to spend time in Bounce House Liverpool and have been asking to celebrate their birthday here. The process of booking birthday package was very easy online than they were flexible enough to add more people until the day of the event. Parents table has been a success as well, all the participating parents appreciated the warm welcome. all the children had great fun. On the day we had a dedicated person who helped with everything. The food and drinks served professionally. I had positive feedbacks from all the families I can not thank enough the team for making this day very special. highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a party here for my son and his school friends- the whole venue was great, organised for checkin, table reserved for parents. Our designated party host Jess was friendly and helped set up the party room, had everything organised. Food was decent and ready as soon as the kids came off the inflatables.

Fantastic experience: Bought tickets for this place on wowcher. £10 for 3 hours play.which was very good. The kids loved it. The big issue was if you turn your back for a second, the kids are able to disappear into the arcade or maybe out the door. Definitely needs looking into.

Fantastic experience: My daughter caleah celebrated her 8th birthday on Saturday . The day was amazing everything ran smoothly from arriving at the venue till we left . All the staff where amazing and my daughter and her friends had an amazing time . A big thank you to our party host jess making sure all the food sweets and ice cream was there and putting the music on my daughter request . Highly recommend anybody looking for somewhere for a party to use bounce house Liverpool

Fantastic experience: Went here with my 4 year old great niece. As a 50+ year old woman I thought it would be a tall order for me. However, we had a great time! Lots of different bouncy things to do. I did struggle trying to keep up with her, especially our game of "tag"! If only I was 20 years younger! It was quite busy but that's because it was half term. It didn't spoil our enjoyment. Really nice, friendly staff too.

Fantastic experience: My son had his 6th birthday party yesterday. The minute I walked through the door is was fantastic . It was definitely the best birthday party he has had. From the start to finish it was completely organised and staff interacted with the kids all the way through . I went for the mega package and it was well worth it . The amount of food, sweets and also ice cream that was included was more than enough . I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and I got to enjoy watching my son have an amazing party .

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional service and didn't have to worry about a thing. From the get-go, the party host Jess was amazing - setting up the cake and party bags, didn't have to do a thing! We were then able to enjoy our child’s party, which was so much fun- all the kids loved it. The food was great, the kids loved it and was eaten up even by a fussy eater. Fantastic experience: We went to a toddler morning with our 2 grandsons. The place is excellent value for money very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lad in particular who was in charge or the entrance to the inflatable room who was very pleasant and accommodating as I had to leave a few times to take my grandson to the toilets on a couple of occasions. Would highly recommend this for a great morning with young children.

Fantastic experience: My little boy had a wonderful 8th birthday party at bounce house. The place was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The party was made up of 1 hour on the inflatables then 30 minutes in a party area. The disco lights were not the best in our area and I felt the kids could of done with longer here. Thay had their food, ice cream and we sang happy birthday then they only got to dance to one song before it was time to leave. Maybe having an option for less time on the inflatables and more in the party area would be something you could look at. I would definitely hold a other party here it was a wonderful experience

Stress free from booking through to the event, Hannah our party host took care of everything. The inflatable is good fun for children and accompanying adults alike, dietary requirements were taken care of and Hannah sorted out the music as requested by our daughter. Thank you so much for such a great day, she had a blast as did all of her friends. We'd definitely recommend and we'll likely come back for another party in the future.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday with my son for a party. Had a really good time - he hurt his foot, but the staff were absolutely fantastic and looked after him. Even before he hurt his foot, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay a great one. Will definitely be going again

Fantastic experience: What a night this was! Both the adults and children had the best night. The staff at bounce house were brilliant and Angels and scallies know how to play bingo. Not every Friday you win a giant inflatable unicorn and 32 toilet rolls we can’t wait for the next bingo night

Fantastic experience: Went for the kids' day out, enjoyed it more than them great fun when you're hitting 40... prices are good in the cafe, not overpriced can be hard to find a seat but that's expected in places like this so no big deal.. Nice and easy to get a locker so you don't lose your belongings bouncing around

Negative experience: staff wasn’t watching the kids properly my 2 year old was in the toddler bit and big kids was jumping all over.. staff just walking past didn’t tell them to get out even tho there’s a massive sign to say ‘4 and under’ also staff on the front just chilling on there phones price is abit much for the one hour it flys by.. got in the lift the lights wasn’t even working had to use flash on my phone staff didn’t say anything like welcome or anything?? there was no sign to say go what way to inflatable’s i had to ask what way we go? toilets was quite smelly tissues over the floor, it needed a good clean it’s like a maze to even find the entrance no doors or anything open it looked like an abandoned gaff from the outside
