Negative experience: Freezing pool, filthy changing rooms, broken locks and lockers, swimming lessons talking up much of the pool, parents wearing shoes pool side, kids not showering before using the pool, aggressive instructors. It's not a spa, it's a mess that cares more about holiday makers than paying members, and absolutely zero care about cleaning and repairs. I'm sad about cancelling my membership, I wanted to love it and stay, but it's going down hill each week and no one seems to want to fix even the basics.

Negative experience: Tried to book here for a midweek pedi only to find All the staff were out for Training. Who does that. Shame!!

Positive experience: Used to be a great spa experience but since they built more lodges and are promoting the venue as a holiday park, the spa experience has deteriorated due to more visitors and loud screaming children in the pool. Staff don't care when you complain and the facilities need some tlc.

Fantastic experience: I had some amazing time with my mum. Swedish back and neck massage for 30minutes - was a star! Treatment rooms are really comfy and the ladies are very friendly. Spa itself has a lot to do in. Outside hot tube mini pool, inside pool, sauna, sauna with aromatherapy, cold - hot rooms and showers, foot spa (wasn't working or we didn't know how to turn it on). On arrival we were offered a choice of drinks, afternoon tea was very fulfilling. They even had a little space for me as a smoker :P very happy with the place. You can even take kids. Usually spa centers are kids free but this one is not.

Positive experience: Super nice for families. Great for 2-4 nights. We had a chique hut with a hottub. Very comfy beds. The hottub is cleaned and filled with ultra warm comforting water ready for you to get in for the entirety of your stay anytime you wish. Park facilities: most are for 16+ - the very stylish golf course, the big gym, the spa area. however, unless you are a single parent, you can take turns for the adults to enjoy these and the spa. I wish the children could join in the spa area or at least the whirlpool and spa massage pool adjacent to the beautiful big pool, hence 4 stars, but apparently, that is a continental thing only. In the area: beaches, seaside towns, and walking (with an OS map or one from the local tourist office in Louth. British walking tours are rarely signposted.) Lots of Italian and Spanish restaurants in the small town Louth. Lincoln is a must - handsome historic and modern side by side. Bring your own food for the hut, as there is none provided - at least the basics salt, pepper and cooking oil, and some baking parchment for putting on a pizza. The pots, etc, are for basic heating only, not easy to cook up a storm if this is what you like on your holidays. The shop on site is closed at arrival time until next morning. We used the coop nearest in Louth.

Negative experience: Broken spa equipment, shabby and tired looking in places, Jacuzzi was so chlorinated our eyes burnt so got out. Asked to pay to use a towel , showers in changing rooms ok but all water marked and some broken. Some attention to detail and TLC and it could be lovely.

Fantastic experience: Excelent played the golf course and a couple of meals in the hotel first one nothing special nothing jumped out at you on the golf society menu if you know what I mean. Second meal excellent certainly redeemed it self. Better explain though these meals were in the hotel not the club house which is separate.

Negative experience: Treatments were brilliant, but we booked a spa day for a relaxing day without the kids, which is rare for us, we soon discovered that the pool was more like a public pool with kids jumping in and out also in and out of the hot tubs and steam rooms etc ! It was not relaxing and not a relaxing spa day like it was advertised, we didn't realise that the spa and pool facilities were also for the park guests we also couldn't use the pool for 45mim from 11am because of aqua classes, I went to speak to the manager in his office the door was open I asked of he was the manager and could I have a word he said depends what the next question is ! When I told him he couldn't care less and said it is as advertised, and dose say online there would be other people using the pool and sauna etc we said it said nothing about kids in the sauna or jumping in and out of the pool shouting, it 100% dosent show that in the pictures on the web site ! The steam room and sauna pool area is very basic and tatty around the edges, and I have seen better in gyms, to be honest, considering what we payed we would of been better booking a Treatment somewhere and using the facilities at a nice local gym, really disappointed!!! The only good thing about it was the amazing treatments we had.

Positive experience: Really relaxing fab staff ...wonderful afternoon tea ... ace place to go ... a couple of minor issues the foot spa still doesn't work .. 1 of the saunas down but I'm sure these are things they are being fixed ... its a lovely relaxing place and thank you

Fantastic experience: I attended for a friend's wedding and it was a beautiful venue. The wedding service at the gazebo overlooking the golf course was nice. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and the breakfasts were really good.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this spa gym, it has a good sized swimming pool, plus 3 different saunas, a hydro pool outside which is hot. A variety of classes for members to include aqua, yoga, Pilates and a well equipped gym. It also offers spa days and treatments. Well worth a treat and a visit.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely spa day, nice pool and hot tub (outdoor one has a great massage spray you should try). Lots of nice heat/water treatments saunas etc and very good gym equipment (better than my local gym as the things move in line with your body rather than against them and I'm recovering from back surgery so need to minimise strain).

Positive experience: Had the spa experience, staff lovely and treatments, too busy near pool area, would have been better to have had allocated slot as re agenda. Food and room very good. Appearance of front of hotel and doors need addressing as finger marks on doors so look unclean. Rooms clean however. Good time will book again.

Negative experience: Me and my family came here on are road trip expecting a lodge for one night as that was what we paid for but as we were only staying for one night we stayed in a hotel room. Whilst we were there we were also ment to go to the pool which my perants booked with some one on the phone, when we got to the swimming pool they said we had not booked even though the person said they would book it. So we went back to are room and went on are devices, then later we decided to got into the town. After we came back and went to bed. Breakfast I the morning we went down and had are breakfast I got a full English breakfast and so did my dad, my mum got eggs on toast and my sister got a beacon butty. In short the sausage was seasoned to much making it spicy, the bacon wasn't crunchy it was chewy, the hash browns didn't feel like hash browns, the mushrooms were mushrooms and the the beans were beans we also had to order toast separately.

Negative experience: VERY disappointed in this Best Western Spa & Health Club. We have been members for many years. Kenwick Park insist that the entire monthly payment must be paid, despite lockdown & being unable to use for the past 3 months. ALL members are of the same opinion.

Fantastic experience: Superb pool and spa. Salt wall sauna, outdoor thermal spa with so many bubbling jets and water sprays it’s like being in A tidal wave. Huge fun. The pool is super and so warm. Changing rooms are immaculate. Staff are friendly and helpful. The fruit smoothies in the cafe area after are very tasty. Easy parking right outside the pool and gym. The gym itself is incredible. The equipment they have is first class.

Positive experience: Staff were very friendly. Disabled changing room didn't have a changing bed , so disabled adult had to go back to lodge to get dressed ! Good hoist for use in pool.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to visit for either Afternoon tea, use of spar facilities, messages/facials or all of the above. Set in the Lincolnshire countryside just outside of Louth. Amazing views, lovely wooded entrance and log cabins.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to go for a swim, gym or chill. Avoid the times after school and early evening if you don't want to be surrounded by children, but parents need their time to swim with the kids too! Has a cafe and treatment rooms upstairs. I've never used either myself but I have bought treatments as gifts and they got a very positive review from my parents and grandparents alike. They were also not all that expensive considering they were full hour long sessions. I would recommend, certainly make good gifts! The spa facilities are the best for miles around, including a Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Foot Baths, Jacuzzi, Outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool, Tepidarium (a kind of warm-room with hot seats - it's good!) and a cold room with ice to cool you off after a heat blast.

Negative experience: Not very accommodating can't use facilities till booked in your room which is 3pm and also not allowed to use facilities on day of departure. Not good if partners are booked in for golf as there is nothing to past the time

Fantastic experience: Joined my daughter and twin granddaughters while they had a swimming lesson great place. Up market health place but provide lessons for children with qualified instructors from 5 to 7 pm plus food available members only but guests signed in to watch .
