Fantastic gym really clean good selection of old iron weights really enjoyed my one week visit here. Be back at some point in the future for sure

Fantastic experience: Harvey and Lindsay have spent years creating the best gym in the area by far and it shows. I have been a member of Inshape Gym for a number of years now and I continue to come back for the top of the range equipment, which is continually upgraded and always maintained to a high standard, and the relaxed atmosphere. Harvey and Lindsay are welcoming and friendly, and always on hand for advice and support. This attitude extends to the members as well who I have always found to be supportive and friendly of each other. I also appreciate that the memberships are capped which prevents overcrowding and ensures that I am always able to access the equipment needed for my session. Sometimes trying a new gym can be intimidating for a young woman, especially as someone who is inexperienced, but this was never the case for me with Inshape thanks to Harvey, Lindsay and the members. Lastly, I have completed several plans (training and nutrition blocks) for fat loss and muscle building with both Harvey and Lindsay now. Every plan I complete I gain more knowledge and confidence, and the meal options and support throughout are superior to other plans I have tried in the past. Thanks to their support I am in a place now where I really enjoy and prioritise my training, and I look forward to seeing what I will achieve with them in the future.

Always a good atmosphere and Harvey is always helpful and available for a chat/advice. I’d recommend to anyone of any ability. Works good around covid guidelines too, can’t go wrong.

Fantastic experience: I have to say Inshape Gym is one of the best gyms in the UK. The space is well designed and the machines are high end. Has a lifting platform with a large amount of weights in various sizes. With the added functional fitness room there is a space for everyone. It has 2 skiergs, assault bike, concept 2 rower even a prowler!! Harvey is always available to help with solid advice and even a spot if not too busy. Fantastic gym

Fantastic experience: Harv and lindsay have created the best gym around by miles. I haven't been since they replace all the equipment, which is next level BTW. But they have always been welcoming, helpful and a really approachable. I wish I lived closer and I'd sign back up in a heart beat. First class Training plans too, I lost 2 stone when I did mine.

Negative experience: Arrived to make enquiries about membership, called the number above the entrance. Spoke with a guy. Poor attitude, unwilling to discuss making an appointment, told me that is Limited members Only.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant. Achieved a 2 stone weight loss in just over 16 weeks, with diet plan and exercise. Great, motivational, PT sessions with Harvey continuing to help me achieve my goal.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this excellent gym and all its facilities since September of last year. I have in the past, been a member of many a gym, and I can honestly say that this is the best gym I have ever joined. The owner of this gym is passionate, kind and caring about all of your fitness needs. I cannot recommend him enough and his gym as one of the best in the area. All of the equipment is up-to-date and it’s changed on a regular basis, Harvey even every couple of weeks changes the gym round and moves all the equipment to keep you guessing! It is a refreshing change as it means you have to think about your next workout. I also booked onto a 12 week training regime with him and a meal plan plus some PT sessions. All of his professional expert advice has benefitted me ten fold. He has changed my way of thinking about eating correctly and exercising correctly. If I could give more stars than the 5 out of 5 I would!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym since inshape manby started and it just keeps on evolving. I live out of Manby but travel to Manby and wouldn't go anywhere else. This isn't just a gym it's like a big family constant encouragement and support of each other and motivation. The equipment is high quality and accommodates to all levels of fitness and goals. Inshape Manby also has the best sunbeds ive used and it's a bonus having the gym and sunbeds in one place. Harvey is always on hand to give advice and encouragement to new and existing members as well which is a bonus especially for those new or lacking in confidence. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great people that attend the gym, great atmosphere, it’s always kept clean, good facilities...the list is endless easily the best gym around here and it’s 24hr witch is good for people like myself that finish work late and can never make it for the 9-5 gyms.
