We are a locally run well established fitness facility (opened January 1998). We pride ourselves on our welcoming, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We cater for all ages and levels of fitness and our qualified, knowledgeable staff can advise and help you reach your goals.

I have booked 6 weeks of personal training with him and although it is tough, it is enjoyable and my progression with Paul’s tuition has been very encouraging. Highly recommended.
