Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! Everyone who works there are so friendly and extremely professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been going there for years, but since it’s been taken over by a lovely family it’s even more amazing! An exceptional place to go and relax and It’s much more than just having a treat, it’s the whole experience and ALL the treatments are superb. Keep up the great work guys!

The sun beds are fabulous too. Is a lovely place to be with no judgement or unkindness, just wonderful ladies making us ladies feel the best we can be.

Negative experience: I used this place for sunbed The lady was rude she think she’s god of Biginhill she can’t see any other sunbed places to do well she thinks she’s the only one never use this place new one coming very soon .

Fantastic experience: I often visit On The Beach for sunbeds! They have a great range of beds to choose from, and you will always find a deal on minutes! Well worth the money! The extra personal touches in the rooms are so nice too. The staff are always polite and helpful. Service with a smile! The salon is so clean. I must book myself in for a massage as I’ve heard they are amazing! Don’t know where I would go without On The Beach in Biggin Hill!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to On The Beach beauticians for a number of years and always find them friendly and professional. Gemma has been amazing with my sunbed courses running up to my wedding, she promotes slow and safe tanning. Her experience has taught me that I needed to mix both lay down and stand up tanning which has lead to an even tan with no burning. Their tubes are regularly updated and when they are, you are informed and your times are adjusted accordingly to ensure you do not burn.

Fantastic experience: You have to try sunbed 2! There is zero chance of a holiday this year but after just a couple of sunbeds I at least have that sun kissed glow like I have been away!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful therapists/staff at On the Beach create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of their treatments are really good quality especially the sunbeds! Cannot wait to be back after lockdown... in desperate need of a tan.

Fantastic experience: There are too ok

Negative experience: This place has completely ruined my eyebrows. I went in for an eyebrow wax and the beautician who carried this out has made such a mess of them. They are completely uneven and so far apart in the middle. They do no line up with my eyes at all. They are both completely different shapes and soo thin. To make matters worst the beautician also got the wax in my individual eyelashes!

Fantastic experience: I have just had my nails done at on the beach by a lovely young lady and I can't thank her enough for making my nails look so good She was so friendly and welcoming and it was the best experience as everyone was so welcoming and made the hole visit great So thank you all you are all great and I will definitely be coming back Thank you 5 stars from me*****

Positive experience: Friendly service, lovely salon but very pricey! £23 for Brazilian with half hot wax is very expensive (especially when not told it's extra for hot wax although they did apologise, but not refund).

Negative experience: I've been there a couple of times to use the sun beds! Sun beds are considerably old and don't really do the job and one of the receptionist working in there is really rude and unprofessional! She told me, when I'm ready to press the start button above my head, so I got undressed, laying there pressing that button for ages and didn't work, so I had to get dressed and go to the reception to let her know it is not working! Without any apology whatsoever, she switched it on, while I was still in the corridor, so by the time I got back and was able to get in the sun bed AGAIN, I've lost 2 mins, as well! So yep it was pretty uncomfortable experience! Won't go back and wouldnt recommend either! Waste of money and time!!
