Negative experience: Went this morning for breakfast, sticky table, sticky menu, staff spent serving time rearranging two tables that were booked for 12.30 rather than asking the two tables that were waiting to order, what they wanted. We left and went the Harvester, much better service and cleanliness and reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy going here for coffee/snacks. Cosy & relaxed.

Fantastic experience: We visited this lovely gym and cafe for breakfast. I had the vegan breakfast with a couple of poached eggs which was absolutely delicious. My wife had the meat breakfast and she was also very impressed. Very friendly service and reasonably priced. It’s a great place to come and work out too. We will be back!

Fantastic experience: I ve grown to love this place. Visited the cafe a few times before I decided to join classes as a taster. Got instantly hooked and now I feel lucky Studio flex is local to me. Great cosy place with quality equipment, clean and modern decor, nhummy cafe and I do like the service in both the gym and cafe. These guys are doing a great job! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Absolutely loved the concept of this gym, the Reformer classes are great and unique to Ipswich which is what attracted me to join. I spent a couple of months as a member before deciding the timetable didn’t quite work for me (would love to see some earlier morning classes!). The cafe is nice, but a little overpriced - in the summer I paid over £5 for an iced coffee, and not a large one at that! The Wi-Fi is also very temperamental, which isn’t ideal if you’re looking to sit and catch up on some work while enjoying a drink. Lovely place overall, would recommend if your work/life schedule fits the classes

Fantastic experience: I love reformer Pilates at Flex. All of the teachers have their own brilliant characteristics. Suki who I did a sculpt session with this morning is incredibly fun and also has great ability to challenge and inform. Added bonus for me that the cafe food is very good and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Positive experience: Enjoyed a lovely lunch here today, cafe was really great. Would have given 5 stars but the young girl who brought us our second drinks had a bit of an attitude and just slammed our drinks into the table, didn’t say a word and looked miserable.

Positive experience: Wasn't too certain if to sit down and wait for service or go in to get service. I went in to purchase mine in the end, nothing was said about waiting for someone to come to your table but after purchasing my drink and food, they said they would bring it to our table, did notice people waiting at tables for someone to come round. Food and drink was nice but very expensive. People having breakfast, seemed to be enjoying it and was popular.

Positive experience: Went to Cafe Flex which is part of the studio. This is a really good place for gluten free and vegan food options plus there's a great selection of coffees and milkshakes. There is a large car park and seating available outside as well as very comfy seats inside. Toilets are also available inside the cafe. We were very impressed with the quality of food and service.

Fantastic experience: Stumbled across the Cafe at StudioFlex early this afternoon. What an absolute gem! Poached eggs were expertly cooked and 'perfect'; freshly made sausage roll was exceeding tasty and delicious. Everything was meticulously clean, the food was beautifully presented and topped off with very friendly customer service. All-in-all, a very enjoyable experience. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: Just completed my first Flow Yoga class with Imelda. It was soooo delightful! Imeldas smile and gentle guidance through positions were super relaxing, and comforting for a weary Covid-anxious person like myself. Everything at Studio Flex is spotlessly clean, and calming! What more could you ask for?
