Lochend Boxing Club

Negative experience: What they call a "Boxing Class" is just an endless cardio with occasional bag punching without any guidance or technique whatsoever. Has nothing to do with actual boxing. Also, now I have wrist damage from punching bags because they told me in class I don't need wraps and gloves should provide enough protection on itself. Well, they didn't. There's a reason for wraps in boxing.

Positive experience: It's a good place for exercise, being competitive and lifting weights, definitely would recommend if you wanna make friends along the way.
