Fantastic experience: I found it on second passing it is behind the main building in front can park car in front, 2 rooms on a gym and one for exercise classes spacious can have sliding door open or closed for air conditioning looked very tidy and clean will go again if my chair yoga class is there still

Fantastic experience: Love it here, everyone is made to feel welcome and you can work to your own abilities, the classes are so much fun, I think the laughing and atmosphere are great, no one is made to feel awkward, but all the instructors are so well qualified and encourage you in the best way possible, no talking down too or being made to feel stupid.
