Fantastic experience: I had my first session (Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath) a few weeks ago. Emma led the session. I went in quite nervous and not really sure what to expect. The studio itself is comfortable and spacious, and has a nice welcoming feel. Emma was reassuring and kind, and answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend the studio. Not only is there a wide variety of classes offered, as someone who isn't very active, I would absolutely feel comfortable attending a fitness session. They are very supportive, patient and you are not judged for what you aren't able to do. Prices are also more than fair and the studio is easy to find.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Fitology for a month, and I absolutely love it. I have been welcomed by both Emma and other members and have enjoyed the classes I've tried so far. The studio is clean and tidy, and it's great having air-conditioning in the warmer weather. I look forward to getting fitter and healthier in the coming months.

Fantastic experience: My first ever sound bath, unsure of how it would be but I absolutely loved it! Felt so relaxed afterwards! I can't believe how at ease I felt during, think I may of dropped off to sleep near the end. Really didn't want to "come back!" Did feel very tired the rest of the day even had an afternoon nap. But felt calm and restored. Thanks so much Emma, a great leader!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the studio for a while now and have only ever found it to be welcoming and friendly. I recently tried a Sound Bath experience and enjoyed every minute. It's hard to find time to relax so having scheduled time is a great idea. The session was calming and helped center my mind. Will be doing another in the future. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: On Sunday I went to my first Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath session run by Emma at Fitology Studio in the MasterLord Office Village and afterwards felt very relaxed and slept better that night. I would highly recommend this if you are feeling stressed, in a low mood, or need better sleep

Fantastic experience: Attended the crystal sound bowl session for the first time. Was lovely and relaxing, Emma was very welcoming and friendly. The session was an hour long and Emma played the bowls the whole time. We were in a dark, warm room and able to bring own cushions, blankets etc to make us comfortable. I found it really a soothing experience and would recommend to anyone who's interested in sound baths. Through enjoyed. Thank you!

Positive experience: I felt really relaxed after the session, I felt chilled out and laid back for the rest of the day. During the session I saw waves of blue and green and also kept seeing the entrance to a cave as if I was laying inside of it looking up at the sky. Will definitely go again!

Fantastic experience: Did my first Clubercise there this evening, really enjoyed it, welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere, despite my having zero co-ordination ! Definitely want to go again, it was fun and did me good.

Fantastic experience: I joined Emma’s class for the sound bath. Amazing experience, this was new to me and in a fast pace world I wanted some time out. This is what you get! Small group, calm inviting environment, Emma is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, she explains what she will be doing and makes you feel relaxed. I loved the sound bath, I quickly felt at ease and relaxed, the hour flew passed. It was lovely to listen to the sounds the bowls made, I was able to switch off and enjoy the moment.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Fitology by a good friend nearly a year ago, i can only make one class a week but this has had a huge positive affect on my mental and physical health. Emma is so welcoming and the class (Clubbercise) is so much fun.. and a right giggle too! The rest of the class are friendly and i feel at ease laughing at my own two left feet mishaps mid class , i love it! (Oh and i also sing along a bit too) xx

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Fitology, being able to do so many classes on zoom is a blessing, being a full time working mum, it’s difficult to attend in person, Zoom is perfect. The classes are brilliant, fun and full of energy, I love the variety and challenging classes, highly recommend Emma to anyone from start of the fitness journey or continuing to challenge yourself!
