Negative experience: The only thing I can say is that I don’t think it’s a good thing for the establishment of the government. My mate Richey has a very bad case of malaria and all I can say is I hope he is okay after the vaccine you gave him. Because when he came back…. Foaming mouth on all fours. That’s not normal.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dancing here for 4 years and I love the environment, studio and teachers. I 100% recommend for anyone who already loves to dance or wants to start. It’s a great space to learn and make new friends. They give many options from drop in classes to competing up and down the country.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children attend dance classes here and both absolutely love it. It has helped them build their confidence and given them a whole other friendship group. My daughter loves to attend dance competitions and take part in shows. All of the dance teachers are great with the children, very professional, and ensure all the children are happy and settled.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to C4 Studios for about 4 years. It is my local dance/fitness studio and offers everything for all ages. From dance classes, fitness classes, pilates, salsa, yoga, spin and more. Angie Smith is the owner and instructor at the studios, along with hers sons Harvey and Harrison. But she is more than that in every way. Nothing is too much for them. It has been hard through lockdown for everyone, but Angie still kept going with online classes, wich kept us all going until the studios opened again. Now running in full again, it is great to be back to classes with all the other lovely ladies at dancercise. When classes are over it is nice to sit and have a coffee in Cafe Vibe, with inside and outside facilities for all weather. There is a large carpark so no trouble with parking and free of course. Rehearsals for the show Lost In The Movies at Hall For Cornwall in March are just starting, so studios are busy, busy, busy exciting times ahead. I would highly recommend C4 Studios.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this amazing place and it's amazing people. Angie and her team provide a friendly, helpful and well equipped environment for a range of classes to suit each and every individual possible. If you like dancing, you can, if its fitness you can, there is a vast variety of different styles, to aerobic, for every age and level, to spinning on a bike, to Bounce on a trampet, to name a few. There is pilates, yoga and loads of different tone classes also. Fancy a coffee and a chat, you can also do that too, after a class or just to meet up with your friends. This awesome place provides so much, and also helps the community with all that it provides. Please give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous place for dance and fitness. Great classes with something for everyone. Lots of facilities, free parking, great dance floors with mirrors and air con. They even have a licensed cafe on site and a small gym.

Fantastic experience: 4Real Dance Company has gone above and beyond for both of my children. They have not only gained confidence, friends, memories and great experiences - They are constantly being given incredible opportunities, from competing all over the country, to taking their street dance exams on a yearly basis. Each week is different and exciting, and there is always an opportunity to try something new, and develop their skills. The teaching and coaching provided by this company is without a doubt the best in the county, and we are very proud to represent them at each competition and event.

Fantastic experience: Angie has created something very special here and has a great team of teachers around her. The studio is somewhere people of any age are made to feel welcome. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy themselves and work to their own limitations, nobody is ever made to feel under pressure which is something I love. 4Real dance and fitness if the first place in my life where I have felt comfortable, and for the first time ever, I am enjoying my fitness. My daughter has also attended the 4Real street dance classes for the last 4 years and again I have nothing but praise. The children are all encourage to work together and support one another. There is no 'click' which is feel is really important for children.

Fantastic experience: Dancercise for the over 50's is such fun, it gets you moving at your own pace to fantastic music and we have a good sing-along at the same time, everyone leaves the class with spirits lifted and a smile. Thanks to Angie

Fantastic experience: This is a fitness and dance school providing classes for all ages from tiny tots up to and beyond 80 years old. As a former PE teacher I can confirm that Angie is an exceptional instructor who brings out the best in everyone. She is constantly innovative in providing a wide range of classes and her enthusiasm is boundless! Good fun.

She also teaches my daughter Street, tap & get in to classes to keep my strength up as often as I can. 4real keeping it real your awesome!!!! X

Fantastic experience: Love Angie's fitness classes she is always pushing us to work are hardest. The classes r fun and different each time. You meet loads of new friendly people and my daughter also does Harvey fitness kids class on a Tuesday which she says is awesome. Loving the new spin classes too❤ cant recommend enough x
