Fantastic experience: Went to my first class last night. Even in the cold and snow it was full to the brim - always a very good sign. Patrick is pure vibes - great instructor, fantastic energy, brilliant music selection. He even threw in some garage MC’ing (and it was actually good!) I felt welcomed and looked after by him and all the regulars. The equipment was top notch too. Highly recommended and I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Love Love Love Sinfit fitness classes. The vibe, workouts, energy is out of this world !!! Even on a day when I feel completely run down, once I get to the class I come out buzzing. Patrick’s classes are challenging, yet so much fun so it doesn’t feel like a workout but more like a dance party. Love the community too.

Fantastic experience: XFight Croydon is a really fun way to keep fit. Patrick is really motivating and I love the way he re-enforces that we work out as a team and that every rep is a result. The workout is a great all rounder and focuses on most areas so you really do feel that you have work almost every muscle. Great music, great people and a great vibe. I couldn't recommend this class highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Sinfit , class was banging... Vibe was lively and Patrick pulled out all the stops. Followed by XFight those combo's are mad high intensity and the HIT section works every part of your body... No IF'S just BUTT.... LOVE IT.
