Fantastic experience: 87 Fitness is a great place to train for children and adults of all different abilities Darren and Steve are great instructors and put in so much effort with the kids, which is lovely to see. The ladies classes are hard work but also great fun. They are never the same which is brilliant if you like variety. You never know what to expect I would definitely recommend 87 fitness as a great place to get fit

Fantastic experience: Great gym! It’s such a friendly, upbeat place with great HIT classes. Emma’s ladies kickboxing classes are fab. If you want to train in Martial Arts this is your place. Darren and Steve are great trainers
