We have created a non intimidating, safe and supportive environment for women to feel motivated and empowered. A place to achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.

All of our members get set up for success from day one with a bespoke training plan as well as ongoing support from our incredible team of female coaches.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for 6 weeks now and have to say it’s fabulous. Has everything I need and more! The staff are so lovely and supportive, offering great advice and guidance along the way if you need it! Clean spacious and well stocked. What more do you want from a gym?!
1 year ago Fantastic experience: I got a week’s pass for this gym while on holiday. It’s honestly the loveliest gym I’ve ever used. So clean, nice and peaceful, the equipment is amazing, top of the line and in amazing condition with a good assortment too. It was always quiet when I went as I was off work so can’t speak for peak times. I wish I could pick this gym up and plonk it in Glasgow!
3 years ago Fantastic experience: I've joined for a month while working in Ayr and I love it!! I wish I could take it back to Swindon with me Very friendly and welcoming gym, great facilities and classes .... I'll be sad when my time comes to an end here ..
