Fantastic experience: Been working with Abbie for over a year both in person and online coaching when I’ve moved away. Cannot recommend her service enough!! The Zenergy gym has a more positive feel than I’ve felt in any other gym. Abbie is always able to put you in a good mood, regardless of the kind of week you’ve had or progress you’ve made. She shows an understanding that achieving health and fitness goals can be difficult for some people, but also promotes a healthy lifestyle in supporting you when you have a busy social week. I’ve learned so much from being coached through sessions and gained the confidence to push myself to lift heavier weights than I thought I could. Abbie has created a fully supportive group of ladies who also encourage each other

Fantastic experience: Joined in August 2023 and was exceptionally nervous as never set foot in a gym before so very apprehensive but now I feel I’ve joined a big family especially as it’s all female. It’s very informal and friendly but you still have to work hard at the same time. The massive support from Abbie in the gym and behind the scenes is life changing physically and mentally I now feel so much more confident and really enjoy my time there and is gives me a huge incentive to do other things outwith the gym,there’s also mental health,diet and well being support.Abbie has created something very special and is such a supportive person for us all. I will continue my journey here with the immense support of new friends including Abbie and Danika as it’s made such a difference to my life I can’t thank everyone enough.
