Fantastic experience: Love these classes. Instructors are friendly as are the other people in the class making you feel at ease at whatever level you're at. Great all rounder to improve fitness and strengthen core and each class is planned and individualized for your capability. I look forward to every class and have fun. Classes later in the evening so helpful with young kids at home.
