We provide an exciting group exercise timetable in Cornwall that includes gym based classes, yoga, dance fitness and strength training. In addition, we offer personal training, group personal training and bootcamp programmes.
Based in the Falmouth and Penryn area, our vision is to offer a range of fitness classes in the community that develop strength of mind, body and soul.
We also offer specialist classes such as pre / post natal yoga and baby massage courses.

Fantastic experience: I joined soul strength back in January and have loved every minute of it. The strength club was completely new to me but the group were really welcoming and Ben is exceptionally patient and encouraging. Couldn’t recommend it more!
