We provide an exciting group exercise timetable in Cornwall that includes gym based classes, yoga, dance fitness and strength training. In addition, we offer personal training, group personal training and bootcamp programmes. Based in the Falmouth and Penryn area, our vision is to offer a range of fitness classes in the community that develop strength of mind, body and soul. We also offer specialist classes such as pre / post natal yoga and baby massage courses.
