Fantastic experience: Here we are in another lockdown but it is ok because Ashleigh Donnelly is keeping all us ‘Fitness Freaks’ motivated, energised and giving us a reason to move! Can’t thank you enough for your brilliant Zoom classes that are achievable whatever your fitness level and/or ability and your weekly challenges gives us something we can aim for at our own pace. Not forgetting the amazing group of ‘Fitness Freaks’. What a great lot! Thanks Again Ashleigh. Xx
