Fantastic experience: Love coming here, it's like a little family, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Becky always changes the classes up to introduce more difficulty, but breaks the moves down so you can master it. Would recommend 100%, as a beginner myself.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing!!!! I look forward to attending this and stretch class every week. From being a beginner with no confidence or strength- within weeks I feel this Is improving. Becki is a fabulous teacher, friendly and really encourages us all. I cannot recommend this enough! Everyone that attends is so friendly and there's an amazing atmosphere.
