Fantastic experience: The only New Years resolution I’ve stuck at! Kayla makes you feel at ease, confident and motivated! can feel myself getting physically stronger each class and even though I’m getting there at my own pace, I’ve achieved more than I thought I could do at the start lovely girls, look forward to my class each week
