Fantastic experience: Chris is a great personal trainer in the Southport area! Always has great communication and professionalism. No matter what kind of gym workout i'm looking for he is able to tailor it to my needs whether it be abs, chest or a leg workout. He really knows his stuff, 100% recommend!
