ELMfit Eat-Live-Move

Fantastic experience: I started with ELMfit in January 2020 doing family exercise classes, Emma was so relaxed with having kids around and actually got them all involved and enjoying class whilst giving us adults a really good workout, I’d never seen any thing like it!! Emma’s style was so enthusiastic & motivating, that I quickly progressed to the evening group HIIT classes. Just as I was into the swing of a regular family class on the weekend and the mid week adult HIIT class (that my daughter moaned that she could not join as she loved the family exercise class so much!), the pandemic hit and face to face classes had to stop. Emma however continued with ELMfit online zoom classes, with just as much enthusiasm and guidance. Since March 2020 I have continued with ELMfit and Emma has helped me improve my technique with so many training exercises & lifts, as well as really help me get into better shape. Over a year in and I hate it if I can’t make one of my 3 a week zoom training sessions with Emma & the rest of the ELMfit crew, we’ve become like a family. ☺️ Due to the pandemic I’ve not seen many family & friends, but people I have seen recently, are all commenting on my much slimmer figure & how I’ve lost my pot belly. This I know I can attribute to ELMfit because I’m still enjoying a couple of cheeky wines on the weekend. If you want to exercise but have fun at the same time, join ELMfit.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing zoom classes with Emma for the last 6 months and I am feeling stronger, slimmer and fitter than I have been in a long time. Emma is professional, friendly and enthusiastic, and creates a relaxed, body positive environment each session, even online. Would definitely recommend her classes, always varied and fun, and suitable for a large range of ages and abilities!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Emma just after I got engaged in Feb 2019. I wanted to lose the weight I gained from my pregnancy and also just feel better about myself. Emma helped me so much with food and portion control and also made working out so much fun! I really used to hate doing exercise but all the sessions Iv had with Emma are great and I can’t wait for the next one! Definitely recommend! :)
