Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly place. Good classes and a handy app to book them. Never overcrowded. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I live going to shapers gym. Its so friendly you dont feel like you got to be a size 6 to join the gym. And you feel comfitable being the only one in there. And the staff clair and emma are so welcoming and they make you want to come back again. And they are very helpful and you can tell they enjoy there job. I been so gyms but never stuck at them but this one is different. Even the other people that come are very friendly. And its a happy place to go to. I wish i knew about shapers years ago. And its very clean as well. I woukd recommed it to anyone. I drive good 20 or so minutes to go there. So that must tell you something. How good it is. And very helpful as well. Love it. I would give it more stars but i cant. But yes if you thinking about join a gym. Go to caterham no other place i would recommed to highly. Thankyou to shapers and the staff in caterham for your help and support.

Fantastic experience: I returned today to Shapers Caterham and what a fantastic job the team have done to make sure all of their clients are kept safe. Space and screens between the machines plus regular sanitation by clients and staff when they have been on a piece of equipment. I felt thoroughly safe and was so pleased to get back to the gym. Well done Lynda, Claire and the team for ensuring our safety whilst helping us to achieve our goals.

Fantastic experience: Shapers Caterham opened today ! I had a great welcome back by the lovely friendly staff and was shown how the new measures would work . There are screens , cleaning stations, markings.I enjoyed the circuit and catching up with members as we went round - we also wiped with cleaning spray and there was plenty of hand gel to use. Ventilation was great with doors and windows open and staff wore masks and did further cleaning too. It was not too busy either and distancing was fine. I felt safe and relaxed and will be back again tomorrow!!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym for health reasons. My personal trainer put a workout together that was tailored to my needs. Since joining my core body strength has improved and my chronic pain is becoming more manageable with my medication. Even on my bad and painful days I am encouraged to do what I can and I feel great. The added bonus was that I've gone from a size16/18 down to a size 14. Considering I came for my chronic pain and movement and core strengthening this added bonus of a smaller dress size is amazing. Thank you to all the staff and ladies who make the gym a fun place and for all your encouragement. Karen B
