Fantastic experience: My daughter has a child membership, and it has exceeded my expectations with such value for money. The variety of classes offered, including cheerleading, tap and jazz, tumble, and more, provides a well-rounded experience. The instructors/teachers are not only skilled but also fantastic with kids, creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. The decision to get a childs membership is truly worthwhile, fostering both physical activity and social development in an enjoyable way for my daughter who has thrived with her new found love of all things Embrace. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say how wonderful Lucy was with the girls last Friday. it was so lovely to watch there confidence grow from the start to the end of their dance session. I can't wait to watch how they progress into beautiful dancers. My daughter Trixie has said thank 'you and I just loved it'. See you again on Friday ❤️

Fantastic experience: I attend a class in my local village. It is absolutely excellent and I will keep coming as long as it's running. The instructor is very precise and spends time adjusting you if you need it. She answers any questions that come up. The classes are varied and challenging. I always feel strong afterwards. The Embrace Team are fantastic at being in touch by email too. I'm a proud member.

Fantastic experience: The guys here have a real energetic friendly vibe. They cater for all, not just the, dare I say 'trendy' crowd. Also there is a child-minding service while you do your thing, with a registered child minder for certain sessions. Its organised with a well kept open space so you dont feel blocked in in fitness sessions. There are also showers and a small kitchen area. No hesitation in recommending.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Embracedancefitness is so welcoming and friendly. There is a great variety of fitness classes to choose from that you will be spoilt for choice. The team is very supportive no matter what level of fitness you are at. I have never liked any form of exercise classes, but I'm totally addicted to Embracedancefitness classes and can't wait to go to the next class.
