Fantastic experience: Pushes you to your limits but at a suitable level of challenge for all!! One of the best workouts I’ve ever done! Been attending for two years now and LOVE it!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend SWMF enough, been a member for nearly 8 years, all the trainers are excellent at pushing you to do your best, in a military fashion. I absolutely love it. And try to attend every session. And at £30 a month for 4 to 6 sessions a week,, it's a bargain. The social is fantastic to, with events happening all the time. A brilliant way to make like minded friends.
