Land Warrior Core

Land Warrior Core is a multi function gym and fitness facility offering fitness classes, Pilates classes, sports coaching and personal training. Our gym is suitable for novices and advanced fitness enthusiast alike, with a large range of equipment suited to both traditional strength and conditioning to more dynamic weight and resistance training. The in house personal trainers offer their experience in sports coaching, physical therapy, rehabilitation, pre and post op conditioning and more. We also offer both group and one to one Pilates classes in our secluded and spacious Pilates studio.
