Ross allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to look around all the facilities. Can't wait to get into the gym and some of the classes.

Gym equipment was fantastic as well as the spa facilities such as the sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tubs! Food was excellent and lovely space to relax with friends

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Pedro for the past 2 months and it’s been a breath of fresh air training with him at the gym. He has helped me gain my confidence at the gym again after being off for nearly 2 years. Pedro is an amazing PT who keeps me feeling motivated and has pushed me beyond my limits and he has also changed my mindset about training and that it doesn’t matter what stage your at in your journey and not to care about what other people think of you at the gym. Thanks to Pedro’s tailored workout programme, I have began to feel a lot more confident and stronger since I’ve been training with Pedro, he really listens to what you want to achieve. Had thoughts about leaving DL but then Zoe joined the club and can definitely see a change already - she actually listens to members and makes a change rather than empty promises and she brings such positive energy! Negative experience: My 4-year-old autistic daughter has been discriminated against by staff at this place. We had experienced a few inconveniences before (e.g., staff never picking up the phone, facilities unclean, difficulties to book classes, rudeness from staff, food arriving cold...), but never complained about anything. Some classes and instructors/PTs are great (Gillian Sandilands, Sylwia Klos, Pedro, Big Phil - you very often made my day).

Fantastic experience: This club has gone way beyond my expectations in terms of service, facility, classes available and value for money. The onboarding process was totally seamless- Ashleigh who gave me the tour and got me set up was so knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions I had. I have had one PT session so far with Barbara, who was amazing and really challenged me but was also super supportive. The gym seems to always have space on machines, and the breadth of classes available is amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Negative experience: After been told there is no membership available for over a month had this very judgemental smart-ass attitude sales woman show us around she took us room to room with no exploration of facilities rolling her eyes and mumbling after that lead us to exit and disappointment again walks away no prices no conversion and they accepted us to just pay 160 a month thats the joke off the day and ontop of that it needs a deep clean and smell of chlorine was seeping in swimming pool so goggles on please

Fantastic experience: The club is very well maintained and clean. All the staff have always been very welcoming and friendly to me. There is a wide range of classes with excellent instructors and the talented PTs are great when you need some help or a shake up of your routine.

Positive experience: I was lucky enough to have a guest pass recently. The outdoor pool is great. The sauna as well. The only issue was the noise and the fact that the cafe closed early. Might be worth asking the members if they want such loud music being played absolutely everywhere in the building and even at the outdoor pool. I don't suppose there is much that can be done about the "boy racers" having their fun just a short distance from the outdoor pool at the Park and Ride.

Always well maintained and great selection of food and coffee in the club room for before or after. Staff are great and always very friendly and welcoming, particularly Mandy, Gavan, Amy, Ellie, Lauren, Oliver, Scott(s) and Liberty(s). Would highly recommend trying Gavan’s Blaze class or Amy’s Spirit class. Great day out for all the family!

Positive experience: Gym is great but can never get through to reception team when phoning

Negative experience: Think its pretty wild you pay £120 for a membership to be told the club thats newly opened is exclusive to home members only? Fix your pricing system or advertise that its exclusive. Paying exclusive prices for limited access is pretty shocking

Negative experience: Can’t get in load of rubbish and turned away at reception in the middle of the day saying they were too busy pathetic this is just a sales orientated business

Negative experience: I joined this gym before it officially opened and have generally enjoyed my time here, with most of the staff being really friendly. However, my experience on Sunday was very disappointing. I invited two friends for a tennis match on Sunday, and they were originally planning to join the gym as well. The day before, I specifically asked the reception to book a tennis court from 8:00 to 9:30 AM, and we were assigned to Court 2. Unfortunately, at 9:00 AM, another member approached us, claiming they had booked the court from 9:00 AM as well. I initially thought this might be a double booking. A few minutes later, a staff member came over and asked us to leave. I tried to explain the situation and show him my booking confirmation email, but he refused to even look at it. Instead, he repeatedly told us we weren’t on the system and raised his voice, insisting we move. I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled and i wasn't surprised when my friends told me they will not consider come back and look for other gym instead.

Negative experience: Unclean, alge growing in outdoor pool. Scum around tiles of pool. Slippy floors in spa. Bad odour in steam room which is supposed to have aromatherapy to help relax.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! We are a family of 4 (kids 12 and 10 years old)and we spend most of our weekends at the club. There are classes and facilities for all of us to enjoy. I personally like the most my padel lessons with NJ, Zumba with Pedro, and Ignite with Lauren but Pamela, Emma classes are very good too. Kids are on the swimming program with Annabel and significantly improved their abilities. All the staff goes over and beyond to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable. We eat quite often there food is good and there are healthy choices too.Thank you Maddy for the lovely welcome at reception this morning and always.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lovely staff who are so helpful. The facilities are great and kept very clean. The spa is nice and it’s great to have an outside pool and spa area. Very occasionally can be hard to get a parking spot immediately but it’s so minor that it hardly has a negative effect.
