Fantastic experience: Can't thank these unreal girls enough for giving me so much confidence in the gym and making me fall in love with training. The classes are the best ones I have ever been to and pushes you to new goals and strengths. The ASAV community is unmatched and the support has been incredible inside and outside the gym❤️

Negative experience: Terrible gym….filthy…. not professional at all and has now been closed down without notice!!

Negative experience: Why so many fake reviews of this gym? It's been shut down by the landlord.

Fantastic experience: Unreal gym, unreal vibes, even better workouts. Guaranteed a good workout in classes full of athletes! The Engine Room brought something different to all other local gyms, bringing that high intensity heat to the Wirral!

Fantastic experience: ASAV is my favourite gym worldwide. I have been to so many gyms in so many different countries and nothing compares to what the the girls have created. High energy, great music and fun vibes. A massive gym space with multiple rooms that cater for an array of awesome classes for girls of all ages to take advantage of. The gym itself looks and feels so fun to work out in. The new Engine room is unreal! A dark room with neon lights, pumping music which is such a vibe. The girls that own and run the gym are so professional, so energetic, so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, their clients and the business they have built. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough to any new clients. Every time I am in Liverpool which is often, it is the first place i go too. I hope the girls open more of these gyms around the UK and beyond.
