Negative experience: The gym upgrade in machinery is great but there's NEVER any member of staff properly supervising it. Too many young men hogging the machines for ages whilst sitting on their phones. Where's the staff You should be there!

Negative experience: A pretty basic gym, where the machines break easily, there is always one broken, quite shabby and poor for what it costs and for what Cranleigh is.

Fantastic experience: A very relaxing place. Plenty of parking. I prefer to go swimming in the evening as it is quite.

Positive experience: Shouldn't really give it a star rating as I didn't go in. But the car park has a market and it's free to park on a Sunday, what a touch! Has a public toilet too.

Positive experience: Good facilities, helpful staff

Negative experience: I'm sick to death of the app, it does not work, never remembers your details, very frustrating

Positive experience: Bit dated but has the basics - gym area, pool, softplay for kids, cafe. Right in the centre of town. Easy to get to (if you are willing and able to get to Cranleigh).

Negative experience: The soft play really going downhills. Lights are not working on the top, barely any balls in the ball pit, the air machine isn't working and it's dirty. So sad to see in this condition.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the cranligh gym was excellent. great staff and atmosphere I like to say a special thank you to Hannah that I feel made me feel comfortable and understanding brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Kind receptionist, kind team in the gym very understanding of my disabilities with my spine. Clean. Easy parking,easy journey, all round 110 % excellent place. Very well priced too.

Negative experience: Scammy company, charged me £90 for a month of gym membership through small fees, joining fees, and other unmentioned fees. Apparently it was not always like this? Either way, i would NOT recommend, DO NOT USE unless you enjoy being scammed. Tried to cancel my membership but they dont allow cancellations after the 20th of each month (another way of stealing money). I was cancelling because they tried to tell me that they were planning on raising their monthly rate AGAIN. Just use a gym in horsham or guildford instead.

Positive experience: Does have enough equipment for a thorough workout. FYI, this centre has been taken over by Every Day Active since 1st July 2023

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership because everywhere is stinks and very very small gym amd after i cancelled my membership one month later i was charged twice and my bank balance was in the minus when i need that money and when i call the reception they said is not our fault..still waiting for refund..

Positive experience: Nice leisure centre, we have been there for a Swimming Gala and the organisation was great. Sounds were perfect, working times board, great atmosphere. Located near the high street, children park close.

Fantastic experience: This gym is so amazing, everything is great there. If you need help, you doesn't have to be worried about it beacuse you're going to get all the help you need. every working person at this gym is hard working people and they are taking care of each other in the team and they care about the people in the gym. I'm so glad that i had the change to meet most of the people that works there and try it out when i was visiting my lovely friend/sister. sendig happienss to everyone in Cranleigh. Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, keep fit with Jo, who is lively, fun and really gets you going. Heated pool, fully equiped gym, clean ablutions.

Negative experience: Staff impolite and really looking unhappy to be there. Did not know anything about their annual offers had to searching for it on a phone.

Positive experience: It was ok but place does need some money spent on it . I was in the pool with my two daughters and a light fell off the wall and smashed next to the pool .

Positive experience: My daughter swims here, and we are hoping to join the gym very soon. We have also visited the soft play on a number of occasions for birthday parties and socialising with other parents and children. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the whole place is clean and welcoming. The disabled access and facilities are not fantastic but they are good enough.

Negative experience: I attend swimming lessons with my kids regularly at Cranleigh. My daughter is 3 years old and I am pregnant (not normally something I use as an excuse, but an important detail to include in this review to demonstrate the true weight of the treatment I had to encounter). Prior to my daughters swimming lesson yesterday I noticed that I forgot to pack our water bottle and both me and my daughter were parched. I've not only forgot the water, but also left my valet at home. Very forgetful nowadays. At the cafe there is a jug of water provided to customers with a sign that unfortunately paper cups are no longer supplied to save the environment. I explained my situation to the reception staff as asked if they could make an exception and give us a paper cup. They told me that they didn't have any although they confirmed that they serve coffee and I could see cups behind the counter and told me to buy water from the vending machine even though I told them that I didn't have my valet. (How is the plastic bottle going to save the environment is beyond me.) The lady behind the reception who was making the decision must have been a senior member of the team as all other staff looked to her to make the decision. Unfortunately I don't know her name. She wore glasses and had brown hair and the incident happened at 1:35 pm.

Fantastic experience: Attended regularly for swimming lessons with the kids, well laid out, friendly staff and good facilities.

Positive experience: The staff here are not too good at their jobs -- the staff didn't know how to use their own machines. Adjacently, the pool changing rooms are regularly dirty and unpleasant to be in. However, the personal trainers and gym area never disappoint.

Positive experience: We use this place when attending swimming galas. It's a pleasant leisure centre with all the conveniences you would expect. Located very near the high street, restaurants and local stores are a 2 minutes walk away.

Positive experience: Use all the time, reasonable choice of classes. Would be good if some of virtual ones were teacher led. Could improve cleanliness in some areas

Negative experience: Entry card readers don`t work, they can`t be asked to fix them so just expect you to wait in a queue. Sauna second time didn`t work in a week, you have to ask them to warm it up, then wait 30 mins. Gym is not the biggest, crowded a lot of times, dumbbells often not put back by the staff after THEY use them for their private sessions but yet, you have rude papers on the wall saying you have to ask staff to put them back if you are too weak. Classes often cancelled as well. All this for a quite high price. I guess they just don`t have a competition so they can`t be asked to improve.

Negative experience: Really gone downhill, so much so I cancelled my gym membership. The gym is not as clean as it should be and some of the equipment needs replacing. The changing rooms stink. The pool is not great either. The personal trainers are nice though.
