Negative experience: I'm in the gym trying to pay for my January outstanding debs and asking for a possibility to speak with the manager tomorrow for the December debs to resolve that The guys are asking me to pay for 3 months December, January and February. That's not Sence because we are still in January and you are asking me to pay an extra month... I asked to cancel the cancellation and let me play for January and tomorrow to resolve the December debs with a manager. But they are not letting me come in until I don't pay for 3 months. They are not letting me come inside today even if I pay for December and January balance. I'm not happy with your service and the way how you treat me. I had 2 surgeries to my leg form end of October 2024 and I didn't use the gym in November and I paid for it. I couldn't speak with you before because I didn't have the opportunity, because I had my leg in very bad condition I attached pictures with the evidence. I do understand you have terms and conditions but sometimes you need to understand that when someone has a broken leg for over 3 months, is not thinking about his gym

Negative experience: I take my membership with them and in just 10 days I told them to cancel membership but they didn’t and stealing money from my account from one year as only used their service 2 times a year . And I don’t won’t to continue with them because of my family problem. I did tell them to stop the membership in cooling period but they didn’t. Very worse service stealing money .

There is a wide variety of equipment that is suitable for all fitness levels, with the addition of free classes for all abilities. Overall, it's an great gym that fosters a positive environment for everyone.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic—it's clean, odor-free, and very spacious. The staff is friendly, and the pricing is just right. I really enjoy the sauna and steam room, and the swimming pool is both large and well-maintained. The jacuzzi is enormous, providing ample room for everyone. Additionally, the locker rooms have plenty of space and showers, and the floors are consistently cleaned, ensuring there are no slippery hazards.

Fantastic experience: I joined golds gym because I wanted to learn how to swim and they were the only ones closer to where I live with a pool. Not only have I learnt how to swim, am fit, might become a boxer and I really enjoy the jacuzzi. All for the price of one in other places.

Fantastic experience: Vladie, Lulu and of course Nilly are amazing and this review is for them. They are very professional and always happy to assist with my various requests. This trio is known to the general public as George, Anam and Nilesh and they offer the highest level of customer service. They are the only reason why I have refrained from raising a complaint recently - THAT is how good they are! Thank you my lovelies ❤️ now please could we get a Dyson Airwrap in the changing room please..............

Negative experience: As a few other comments previously said the only reason this gym has positive reviews is because they give a free guest pass for a google review. Facilities are incredibly dirty and water is full of chemicals that can make you sick and no hot water in the jacuzzi which management does nothing about. they make you take out annual contracts so you cant leave this terrible gym and there are so many conditions and extra charges when you try to leave. Complete ripoff

Negative experience: Most of the positive reviews given are just for members to get a free guest pass so don't fall for them. Terrrible experience with this gym. Filthy changing rooms you'll need a hazmat suit to walk through, water in the pools that smells bad and can make you sick, members of staff that do nothing to address numerous complaints and waste your time as well as predatory annual contracts where they will do everything to extort money out of you when you try to cancel. If you have to leave even under the valid reasons in the terms and conditions you will be permanently banned from all sites and cannot ever rejoin which include things like injury, redundancy and moving away, of course they wont tell you this.

Negative experience: They are fraud people they just need money nothing else they wont look after you once u join the membership. Even u cannot cancel your membership of h want untill u don't have reason according they want from you no matter what reason u have. They wont accept it. I will never refer to any one to join this gym. This is bullshit.

Positive experience: Overall, it's a great gym with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, be cautious with your belongings. I accidentally left a swimsuit and two full bottles of shampoo behind, but only the swimsuit was returned. While the gym itself is nice, the staff may not be the most reliable when it comes to handling lost items.

Fantastic experience: Golds gym harrow is a very good gym it's got all the facilities you need including all the gym equipment you can imagine with enough for everyone even during peak times. It's got a sauna , jaccuzi and steam rooms for after care which is amazing. They often have discounts and offers well worth joining them if you want to hit up a good gym in a good location with many healthy food shops around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: clean, nice staff in a clean, nice venue. comes with a sauna, steam, jacuzzi and swimming pool. the gym has good quality up to date machines and plenty of weights up to 60kg. even at 6pm it’s not that busy as compared to other gyms in harrow. i’ve just renewed my membership for another year. excellent gym and spa!

Positive experience: The available machines are very good (Technogym) especially the cardio ones and the gym is very spacious. Reception and PTs are all nice and friendly. However, the gym is often dirty, changing rooms are awfully dirty and it doesn’t feel like the cleaners do anything more than sit and talk. Showers, swimming pool and jacuzzi also need a big change in cleanliness and refurbishment. The air is very stuffy and makes it hard to breathe. The middle room constantly smells like very strong chlorine due to the pool underneath. We also need more machines for weight training, there’s not enough machines for a good workout especially when it gets busier upstairs. Overall, this gym has a huge potential due to its size, however most of it is old and not looked after which is unfortunate. This gym has the potential to be the best in north west London with some investment in refurbishment, equipment and (an easier one) cleaning.

Negative experience: Every one put the light picture no one use the floor and pictures done stair hall is water leaking massive mud one carpet. for one jest pass every give good rating . every second week steam room is not working .

Negative experience: Anything good about this place gets outshined by their greed the moment you need to leave and cancel your membership. They want you to give them 30 days notice but they never make this clear the day you sign up, unless you go looking for their T&Cs and we all know only lawyers do that. On their e-mail responses they act as if this was common knowledge and treat you as if you were stupid for not knowing their terms and conditions. I do not recommend to anybody to even bother with this place, it is not a pleasant experience and you will regret signing up.

Positive experience: Golds gym is convenient in my local Harrow area, uniquely I found the gym ideal as it offers a good price for a well decorated gym being an old theatre with also classes, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I feels it’s great value.

Negative experience: The air condition in the gym so so bad No one can do training with this air condition not working people pay money no coming for free The air conditioning is not working and is very bad, and what is also important is that the club is missing several devices

Negative experience: In desperate need of TLC, some fresh blood for management too. Lockers & floors are often filthy, the cleaners sit in the changing rooms chatting to their friends instead of cleaning. The work out studios are awful. They had scheduled swimming pool refurbishment but cancelled at the last minute?! No explanation as to why! The showers in the ladies are broken and don’t work properly. Water is always freezing colder. The need to put an automatic on/off on the jacuzzi to stop members from constantly turning it on! Hardly many decent classes, no aqua during the week days. Isn’t it time Golds moved with the times and have an App for booking classes with digital membership cards! Management are extremely complacent as they are getting new members in and refuse to listen to members requests. Management have an old fashioned attitude and refuse to change, when one complains they say that they are happy with the way things are and there is no need for change as they are constantly getting new members.

Negative experience: The manager of the place Raoul is very rude and does not care about customers. One of the reasons I left was because he provided a very rude response to me when asked him why the gym is not maintained well. Would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Positive experience: Beautiful well maintained gym with all sorts of facilities. They are a theater converted to a gym so they have a floored spread to different equipments being spaced out in each floor. Has a good vibe to it. They have a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna (pool is shut once in a while for maintenance for a week). Clean and well maintained. They have a website for booking classes and you can only book 48 hours in advance. As they have zumba only 3 slots in a week it always gets pre booked the minute slot opens. To be honest I am not a big fan of the zumba sessions the trainer treats it more as a dance class than a workout. I'd prefer it to be more intense. The body pump and spin classes are good.
